“The criteria that you search items you require by stating your car registration number does not necessarily mean that you will get the correct part for your car! There should be another way to search as after obtaining the part and it does not fit, for example, break pads, can be very frustrating!”

“Good prices lower than average but very inaccurate. I bought some break disc for my car but they arrived wrong even if you have been insered the plate number car. Really annoying”

“The website took my vrm and suggested a part. The part is clearly incorrect, I tried calling to order and same part suggested. Clearly there is a fault in the system. As a good side they were quick to arrange collection and refund and apologised, and not at cost to me.”

“Bought 2 petrol can spouts for the sum of £3.62p........Postage cost me £4.95p.. So total cost £8.57p for 2 £3.62p items. Of course i'm really over the moon with that....NOT.”

“A bit slow on the delivery ordered on Monday but didn’t arrived till Tuesday week and the box the the stuff came in was squashed and mangled .”

“Very happy with carparts4less but last few times I’ve used them I have paid for next day delivery and had to wait more than a few days for the parts That being said I will still be using them they can’t be beaten on price and availability of parts They are a great firm Thanks”

“The delivery service is excellent but valeo wiper blade set was noisy and scraping the screen so would prefer bosch wiper blades for be which silent and of superior quality”

“The two replacement lenes i bought are fine. Good quality too. The Website said free delivery over £15.00, it was not. It didn't matter what way you did it it was never free. I phoned the company up to ask about and got through to the sales advisor and said it should work, so I asked him if I could place the order with him he told me the sales department doesn't take orders over the phone. Great. Would buy from them again but any discount shown on the website just covers the delivery cost. Sorry but thus is true so hence only 3stars.”

“Whilst the. Products and prices are fine, the logistics leave something to be desired. Each time I pay for next day dElivery I get an email from DHL that the item will be delivered in 2 or 3 days meaning I have to phone Carparts4less and get them to chase DHL to honour the delivery service paid for. Annoying.”

“Normally i have no issues however this last time the order was very slow in arriving as it took a longtime to actually dispatch even though an email stated it had been dispatched the order was not passed to DHL for 3 days?”

“Prices are good but packaging of order was poor which could have resulted in damage to parts being delivered. Jiffy bag was split open and not adequate for the weight of parts.”

“Parts are cheap when they are the correct ones two occasions I have attempted to return parts which I have not managed to be successful at so stuck with well over a £100 in parts which are not any good. Delivery is good and when the parts are correct good value”
