I have had some issues with communication at CP4L. Non responsive emails for several weeks ! These appear to have been resolved now and I will wait and see if the goods arrive and then update. Up until the last two months I have had no issues at all with CP4L. It's not CV19 it's a simple matter of courtesy. I will hopefully go back to 5 star reviews soon !

Ordered Bosch brake parts next day delivery, which I have paid for and they did not arrive next day. If ordering at @1600 on a Ffiday means no next day...then why take my money

Ordering was easy. Did try to speak with someone but due to the pandemic could not get through. Delivery was quick said it was free if you spent over a certain limit but at check out I was charged - not clear why

Poor delivery progress reporting. Appeared to have stalled so tried ringing or live chat but 2 hour wait (understandable with C-19) Gave up on standard delivery which appeared to show no progress, so cancelled and ordered again with Next Day delivery which did arrive on time. Now waiting for return note for cancelled order.

Can't answer this as parts were missing from item purchased asked them to send it but had to send the whole thing back. Picked up next day but not had replacement or e mail telling me what is happening. Can't get them on the phone. Will wait 10 days then request refund.

product fine - but ordered 5 bottles to do away with cost of postage - despite saying the bottles were in stock I proceeded to receive 3 separate parcels - 2 bottles --- 1 bottle --- 2 bottles - all bought by a courier on different days all close together

Wrong parts supplied , just a sorry was all I got after waiting 40 minutes on hold , which was no good to me when the car is on the ramp for the parts to be fitted and now I will have to wait 2 weeks to get my money back .

Order arrived INCOMPLETE. Then 3 days later another delivery arrived to complete order. Contacted customer services but now a week later no response. Why couldn't I have been notified by some means that there was 4 remaining items to follow or at least have a reply to my queries. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The registration number related product selector does not always identify the correct product so care is needed to ensure you will be provided with the correct parts. Returns not possible without ringing the customer service number which is painfully stretched due to COVID-19 and cost of postage is not refunded.

Parts arrived separately. Wasn't advised of this so had to call call customer services, after being held in a queue for 20 mins that said it should arrive in two days time

Not really CarParts4Less fault but they gave my package to DHL who damaged it beyond repair. Over a week later and no reply from CarParts4Less and still no sign of replacement part being re-sent. Not impressed. And I can't drive my car.

Battery ordered and delivered reasonably promptly - no complaints there. However, the discount was not applied to my order and I have not had an acknowledgement of my e-mail requesting a credit for the discount I was entitled to. Make sure that any discount offered is applied to your order !!

Ordered a wiper blade , received the wrong part, emailed on 18/6 for refund and return of part, have heard nothing since. While waiting for reply thinking they were slow due to Covid19 ordered other parts and received correct parts. So some bad some good.
