“Sent wrong part despite having given my car registration. The result was a 5 day delay to get my car back from the local garage and due to time pressure I had to buy an expensive OE part to the help garage get the job done and my car off of their ramp.”

“Price is competitive. Delivery service not the best. DHL message is "delivery before end of day! Cannot even say morning or afternoon...before end of day ..... have missed out on a delivery just because I quickly popped to the shop.....but I was at home before end of day”

“Great prices on parts but let down badly by dhl delivery or lack of delivery service claiming to attemp delivery but no one home even though there were 5 people and a barking dog. The saving is not worth the hassle of having to deal with dhl I won’t be bothering again.”

“Ordered using my reg no. to find the right part which was cheaper than else where and delivered promptly. Unfortunately it was slightly different to the original part and didn't fit. Now waiting for a response on how to return it. Warned it could take a while because of covid.”

“The parts and prices are good, but the costumer service is very (very) poor, another problem is that I wasn't able to track my order, the status is not changing throughout the order, it is always "processing". When I asked details about my order all I got was auto-replies with no edification. Overall it is 3* out of 5, there is still room for improvement”

“Although I entered my car registration which resulted in the correct identification of my vehicle, I was initially sent incorrect suitable parts and after contacting customer services, who informed me of the correct parts but with an increased price I found the identical recommended parts on line from 'Parts 4 Less' at a cheaper price. But the collection of the incorrect parts, at no cost to me, I found the overall service acceptable and would use them again.”

“Part was in a good condition, well packaged. Delivery was non existent. I had to go and pick the parts up two days later after selecting and paying for next day delivery. Being told by the delivery company that they did not receive the package on time for it to be delivered.”

“Paid for next day delivery, item received week after. Next day delivery was refunded. Best thing is, that got a message from DHL: Unable to deliver, nobody at home. But there were 3 people at home plus CCTV, and no one has seen driver near the door 🤣”
