“Easy to place an order. Ordered two cars wiper blades by entering the car registration number. Unfortunately the recommended blades for one of the cars were not the correct ones. Had to go through the whole process of return and refund.”

“The delivery response was excellent, the parts arrived quickly and ahead of originally communicated timescale, the let down was that one of the parts was the wrong item obviously the part number had been mis-read. A request for return was requested and over a week later still no response.”

“Got this battery for 50% less than than at your parent company Eurocarparts. What a rip off that would be if I'd just taken the Eurocarparts phone operator at their word. Product came at a reasonable time after ordering.”

“The web site is useless, you cannot see what is for sale unless you put your Reg, in. It then states your Reg, is invalid which is rubbish, then you cannot get any further. I wanted to buy some grease and auto trans fluid, could not so gave up. Last week I must have been lucky as I bought 5l of EP90 oil from them.”

“Ordered a wishbone suspension which was meant to come with a bolt and nut, but the bolt was missing and there was a small hole in the packaging which made it look like it had been removed. Apart from that everything was OK and managed to get it replaced, good value for money compared to other shops.”

“Acceptable product and delivery. Apalling customer service, have written several emails requesting a VAT receipt, so far to no avail. Saying you will have to wait 10 days or wait on a call for 1 hour before it is answered because of COVID is not acceptable when they can process an order in 1 day.”

“I used to rave about you. This present order has failed. I was sent the wrong size air filter. Even though according to the measurement it should fit. Rang up to sort it was put in a queue of 32 people. I meant bumped off at 29. I have emailed you since with no reply. After 7 years I don't think I'll be using you anymore.”

“Always been great but only 3 stars as the order I put in before this never arrived I contacted carparts4less 4 times via email about not getting the order but no one ever got back to me but I know they received my emails as I got the email received messages from them it wasn't an expensive order I've written it off it was car shampoo and screen wash but to be honest I'm more annoyed with the useless customer service I will still use the company because as rule everything is OK just the poor poor customer service let's them down”

“You shouldn’t be asking me to write a review when I haven’t received the item yet and it’s late on arriving but you have kept me informed the review should be after I’ve received the item and not now . I can not make a comment now as I haven’t seen the item or tried it to see if it works it hasn’t arrived yet. And it’s not the couriers fault .”
