“I paid an extra £4.95 for next day delivery, didn’t arrive until 6 days after I placed the order. You can’t phone customer service as there is a 2 hour wait and they have responded to email request for the refund. The part I ordered was good.”

“Put in car registration for a match for a new battery, promptly delivered and well packaged and tracked through out, disappointing to then realise the terminals on the battery are too small and therefore now having to put new terminal clamps on the car”

“The wrong part was sent and as the wait on the phone line was 2 hours I tried contacting customer services via email and the website with no luck. Eventually got through on the phone and Bea was lovely - very helpful and efficient”

“Delivery a little slow although probably Covid-19 was the cause. Delivery was not late based on their delivery date confirmation. Order was split as some items were not in stock even though website said they were. Good prices and easy to order.”

“Part was fine. Arrived Late. Disappointed with Delivery as paid £4.95 for Next Day Express Delivery if ordered before 4pm as needed part urgently and was off work the following day. Part didn't arrive until 2 days later so had to take another day off work as Delivery needed to be signed for. Understand delivery could be late due to the Pandemic/Circumstances but why have an option for next day delivery which you have to pay for when you could get it delivered free between 2-4 days if order is over £15 which my order was! Tried to get refund of £4.95 from DHL and Car Parts For Less but getting no where so gave up! Don't pay for Next Day Express Delivery because it may not arrive the next day!”
