Been waiting for around 2 weeks for another part of my order. The first part came through in a few days. No notification saying why it's taking so long.

Easy to use the website and good pricing, yet an ordered part was missing from the delivery and the envelope was open. The missing part (the main one) was not notified before despatch. I noticed on the enclosed invoice, that it was a part despatch, made a complaint, received a rapid response (for Car Parts for Less and DHL) and the main part was delivered quickly. It may all have been down to Covid-19 of course. Yet I'd ask that split orders are pre-notified to allay fears and avoid a waste of time and correspondence.

The prices of the items I ordered were v competitive especially with the discount, although after ordering I was then told one was out of stock and I paid for next day delivery but this didn’t happen. I understand deliveries are not back to normal yet due to the Covid situation but there shouldn’t be an option for next day delivery when ordering if it’s impossible and DHL were not great either. I received conflicting emails about delivery times and when I rearranged for a different day (and received confirmation) they tried to deliver on a completely different day. Better organisation could have prevented this, it doesn’t happen with other companies!

Delivery was quick, however the parts don't fit very well, and they turned up scratched. This wasn't stores problem, they were damaged from production I think as it was boxed and packaged in original packaging from factory with no damage.

One of the containers was leaking from the lid when I opened the package. Have to keep it upright

Told your company , that I as disabled , made no difference to delivery. Would have cancelled my order if it was any longer, automated response was not very nice , if I didn't have a spare battery, which fitted, would have gone elseware , prices may be cheaper , but customer service is more important.

Prices are good ,but delivery is an issue they left them on the front door with no signature ,anyone cud walk of with them.also you have no idea wen products will be delivered until few days pass.first will say next week ,then quickly tomorrow then today.dhl no communication

Easy to place the order and prices are much cheaper as compared to the other sellers but the delivery was not on time and parts missing from the delivery

Two spray cans primer and top coat, but delivered on two dates meaning half the order was technically late. Other wise ok.

Service was quick but got wrong part sent. Haven't answered my emails. So I'm left not being able to fix car and having to reorder part from elsewhere.

My battery was absolutely fine but I paid extra for next day delivery and it took 3 days so I was not happy

Really disappointed with the Service "2 hours" to speak to a human being a long wait to communicate online! Wrong product sent, wanted confirmation (unusual.! ) that I could return the wrong item; to the best ofmy knowlexge still NOT received authorisation 🤔.

used to be 5 stars but for the new delivery charge. free delivery was available for all items, except large ones. now free delivery only if order more than £15.
