“I bought a car battery, it was the best price I could fine. However, the next day delivery, which I paid for, became 4 working days delivery. The company could not be contacted, which was annoying. The battery arrived, nicely packed, no problems there. Better customer support would be nice”

“Was ok getting part but had to send back due to wrong part still waiting for refund to purchase another part. It was received thursday morning it's now saturday and still hasent gone back to paypal yet.”

“Ultimately, this is the cheapest place you are going to find parts, and you pay for what you get. The parts aren't any different than other places, but the attention to detail and customer service lacks. I can't speak too harshly as I understand that during COVID, processes are harder and customer service will naturally fade. That said, I ordered a large number of parts, one of which was the totally wrong part and turns out it was just one number out on the product code, but obviously it's useless to me as its for the wrong car. I contacted their customer service where I was put 119 in the queue, so decided to send an email instead, to which I have had no reply a week later. That said, most parts are fit for purpose and were acquired cheaper than anywhere else.”

“I know that we are living in troubled times however, I ordered car parts that I couldn't really afford but obviously needed but I needed them quickly, if I had known at the point of ordering it was going to be a couple of weeks I would have shopped elsewhere & paid the difference. There was nothing wrong with the quality of the items when they eventually turned up but I found it difficult to track my order.”

“Ordered an aerosol can of 3 in 1 oil, delivery OK but the straw that should fit into the nozzle was too small and wouldn’t fit. Specifically wanted this for the straw to squirt underneath patio door!”

“Ordered 4 separate items, got an email saying some items out of stock and would follow. I've now had 2 deliveries but am still outstanding one item. If the item is not in stock, please don't list it as available!”

“Ordered service parts. Booked car in for service hoping parts would arrive before the date of the booking. Had to cancel appointment due to delay in delivery. Once parts arrived realised the glow plugs were sold as individual not as set, so only got one glow plug. Had to reorder from a different supplier for same day delivery as car was booked in again for service. The website should state glow plugs are individuals not set as I'm just a normal customer. Over all with the discount prices were cheaper then other supplier.”

“Had a previous great experience but this time, after receiving a message to say my order was on it's way, I got another message to say one item was out of stock. It didn't tell me which item would be missing or give me a chance to cancel that item so I couldn't go pick it up elsewhere. The part order arrived fine (all well packed, decent courier) but of course the item that I really needed is the one that's delayed by 7-10 days. Overall it's a good company but not such a good experience this time around.”

“Purchased a MAF sensor for my van , wish i had done more research as the part i received is a cheap non original and dosent solve my problems . Search out original parts and save money . Cheaper is not always best , lesson learnt .”
