Poor service I ordered on the wednesday morning paid extra online for next day delivery as they were in stock and we could get the items following day I waited all morning the following day (thursday) and i still hadnt received anything to say they will be delivered so i phoned cp4l and the guy couldnt find the tracking number with the delivery company the number he had wouldnt work so he asked a manager or someone then came back to me saying the items had definitely left and if i keep using the tracking number he gave to me with dpd it will show up ones loaded on the system and i will get my items by the end of the day . I waited even longer then rang dpd guess what no such tracking number and with postcode address search no deliveries to my house . I rang cp4l got a different guy who said i dont no why you got this info they havent left because there not in stock and i said i ordered them in stock and explained the reason i wanted them was because i was going on holiday next day friday and i could buy them for £80 each of the shelf but yours were the same for £45 this is why i ordered from you . so my next step was to go and hire a car at a added expence and wait to be credited for my cancellation back to my credit card for my items and having a complete day of work sorting this out this headache. luckly we got a car and proceeded on holiday early friday morning whilst on holiday i noticed we got a delivery on friday and monday i thought was strange as i hadnt orgered anything else but i could clearly see packages on my cameras . On my return from holiday i opened packages and horror it was 2 of the 8 items i ordered then ckecked credit card and i had been refunded minus the 2 items so i thought oh well just buy the other 6 items elsewhere that took ages to sort as they come in packs of 8 so its not car parts 4 less its car parts 4 expence they would have to do something special to get me back on side and no i wouldnt recommend them Jim Stratford Upon Avon

order headlight bulb but send me wrong one and i send it back but still waiting for my refund no response yet

Never recieved confirmation when we could expect to take delivery , never recieved reply when after a week delivery never arrived, When we contacted you on chat line, were informed delivery had been made on previous Monday which was a lie as delivery was never made as wrong area and Euro parts confirmed this when we finally traced where our battery was after your help line gave us wrong information. You were absouluetly hopeless and no help at all.

Goods arrived Quickly and delivered with a Smile. Amazing Service as per normal 1 x oil filter- not fitted yet. 3 x Replacement wipers for Skoda Fabia - The blade attachment to the arms is 'not a good fit' - rather loose. These wipers are noisy and twist as the wipers move. despite being selected using the reg number, they appear to be longer than the old ones that were 'Shot'. Not sure if they are hitting the side pillar as they move, but they make a lot of noise. Think these may need replacing if they do not 'bed in'

I ordered some brake pads ( no quibble on price paid) but the method of delivery was poor. I was not at home to accept the package and it was left at a neighbours house. However the packaging was unacceptable, being open with the shims falling out, no additional wrapping to protect the contents. Also it was addressed to me by name with no address on the box. This is not acceptable.

Ordered 4 coil packs, paid extra for hour delivery slot for only 1 to arrive in that delivery, had 3 others that were then delivered by dhl. Dhl only delivered 1 coil, I then got a refund for 1 of the 2 missing coil packs but have still heard nothing regarding the missing coil

I ordered a CV boot for my Golf and waited for the delivery, planning to replace the item at the weekend, delivery day arrived, but no parcel, it was then that I opened my email to find that my return had been accepted! To be clear, I did not receive anything, to return. I did however receive a full refund for both the item and the delivery (separately) thus the score of poor rather than very poor, as at least I did not have waste my time to phone them, I found the part elsewhere at a similar price and delivered the next day!

Was disappointed with order this time around didn’t arrive as promised although did refund next day delivery but then I had to phone a few days later to see where my order was and she told me courier wouldn’t take it

Parts arrived promptly but were the wrong fitting so had to drive to depot after receiving return code. Negates on-line purchase somewhat!

Fair price on parts and quick delivery but when I gave my email for the new customer discount I never got it! I tried several different email addresses but nothing. Don't promote this if that is not the case.

Part not deliverd on time phoned up to have it sorted out and got hung up on so had to get it from DHL myself not very satisfactory

I have a problem with the product, the balls were dirty and one was completely split. The set itself had clearly been used and probably more then once. The box was damaged too. I have photos that I can send

Part supplied was wrong type, ended up going to main dealer, I checked the website and the type supplied was as shown on the website but did not match the car,

The part that wa sordered was as expected. However, the packaging was far in excess of what is environmentally acceptable. The part box, was enclosed in a massive box 6x the size of the part box , with uncrushable plastic padding. Totally unecessary. Looks like Car Parts are trying to get customers to do their disposal work for them by sending them their excess packaging from goods inward.

I used the enter Car registration facility to find a set of Windscreen wipers, which I ordered. When these arrived they did not fit my car. My car has not been modified in any way. I emailed Car Parts 4 Less to advise I needed to return the Wipers. I received an automated email response to say they would be in touch, but have not been contacted yet by anyone as I need to return the item.
