Website Checkout could do with some attention. I had to place the order three times before it stuck, including being thrown out of Paypal without any explanation which is unusual. Ended up having to pay for priority delivery. I am disappointed this is a front for Euro Car Parts who charge way over the top for some items so I avoid them.. so be warned..

Order was delayed, No further communication from company on progress of my order. Had to chase them up with emails, which took 15 days to reply back

Used the website for a number of years. I recently placed an order for car servicing bits for my daughters car. She was coming back from university for a car service and then off again. My order arrived and only one of the four spark plugs I ordered were enclosed. I rang customer services on the Thursday and explained the issue and they were needed for Saturday. She said they would be nest day delivered. They actually arrived on the Monday. I emailed to explain the at the plugs were now of no use.

Bought a starter motor on the understanding that there is a surcharge and I would be refunded some of the price when I sent my old one back. I have no instructions how to send back and no reply to an email asking how to send back.

Carparts4less should go back to using a courier to deliver & NOT the local Eurocarparts branch!(Brixton took 10 days).

Very bad service on the last delivery as I haven’t received all the parts in the same delivery Got the missing part later in the day,wrong one for different car I went to Europarts as it said on the ticket and been treated very bad And I had to sort out someone’s mistake and waste my time and fuel Not happy with this delivery at this time

Paid for next day delivery, stayed in all day no one turned up. Had to ring you next day, did get back our £5 delivery charge, should of been double for the inconvenience.

People on the phone weren’t very helpful. Sent wrong parts for the car. Sent the parts back a week ago now. Still not relieved my money back. Awfull service

Unfortunately one of the items I received was not the same as shown on their site. A tar spray that arrived with no spray head. So I called and explained and they told me they would send another. The bottle of tar remover turned up but again no spray trigger....... Bit difficult to use a spray without the actual spray trigger nozzle 🙄

Initially impressed by the fast delivery however, The product arrived open with the security seal broken, upon fitting the product (brake pads) found that two were the wrong size it appeared that they had been swapped out with two random sets. Arranged for a new set to be sent out, courier was sent to the wrong address arranged for a new pick up which happened the next day on time however still waiting for the new set of brake pads to be sent out 5 days later with no further communication. Quite disappointing.

Hi, The box was delivered on time,but the outer carton was damaged.I thought no more of it until several days later when I was going to use it.When l opened the inner,which was also tampered with,l noticed that the hose is missing. What a shame that the hose is missing from the inner box,every thing else is perfect.

Turned up with missing parts. Contacted via the chat and told to ring the local branch directly as they are the ones that drop off. Not worth the hassle, should have turned up correct.

Ordered a battery by entering my reg.Went to garage to get it fitted and they said it should have been a larger battery but thats what the website recommended.I had it fitted as I had no choice.

I paid for next day del... But was told no one available after waiting all day.... Was told to pick up parts at my own expense at local europarts depot. Appalling service

If you can't post simple liquid products then why advertise them for sale, allow your customers to buy them then don't contact them to tell them you can't deliver but take the money anyway.... then customer has to wait 5 days for a refund... ridiculous
