Delivered wrong parts a week later still not had a refund

Inspite of ordering the parts online and waiting for 2 days to get ready for collection, the staff make us wait another half hour to collect it. Hayes collection point doesn't have enough parking spaces as well.

As this is part of euro car parts you have to go to their branch for collection, not normally a issue however when I went to collect my parts only 1 member of staff on the counter working flat out while several other people are stood by the door talking to management and laughing all while customers are being made to wait. Don't look good on the business really, and as the savings are not really that much I won't be waiting in the shop while staff are laughing and joking about ignoring People again, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Bought some service materials and had a mobile mechanic put to do the service he found the o ring on the fuel filter spilt before even attempting to fit in the car luckily my old one was still clean ill be back for a full refund

Sent off for a refund a few weeks ago. Heard nothing from you guys about receiving it and have messaged twice since last Wednesday and have had no reply. Please can someone get back to me?

Hi guys the service was good but when fitting brembo pads Ford st. The pads in box were wrong length should been 180 mm causing me hassle to fine my mechanic found parts from his supplier I return these to you

Ordered pads and discs 3rd May, eventually arrived 15th May in damaged packaging with no brake pads. Brake pads received a few days later. No tracking info for courier and no cards left by courier!!

Not this company's finest hour. I ordered three items. It turned out that one was out of stock, one was the wrong part and the third item, car shampoo was delivered. I now have to travel a 22 miles round trip to the nearest branch to return the wrong item for a refund. The annoying part is that I was invited to put my car registration number in to identify the correct part and it was still wrong.

Very poor service received from carparts4less on this occasion unfortunately. They put it down to moving warehouse location. The communication from them was appalling!. Was changing my rear discs and rear brake pads, the discs arrived when they should have minus the brake pads. I had to complain that the brake pads were infact missing from my order. No communication from carparts4less whatsoever. Then the brake pads just turn up 5 days later. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I ordered oil and oil filter but only received the oil filter. After chatting with a chat bot it said they would respond within 24 hours. Didn't receive a response so called euro car parts (there isn't a phone number on carparts4less website). The customer services person (a real human being) was helpful and said I would receive an email when my oil had been despatched. I haven't received the despatch email yet so can't comment any further.

Missing item after all the rest has been delivered a week after ordered. Give call to customer service, they said system problem. Waiting another week, no missing item. Have to call again.

I'm disappointed with Car Parts 4 Less on this occasion buy from them, I waited over 2 weeks for an oil filter and oil to arrive. The oil filter arrived first then waited about another week for the oil.. I expect far faster delivery or at least updates explaining what's happening.
