Next day delivery don’t work. Paid the extra money on a Wednesday morning and never heard a thing until Saturday and it got delivered. Left us without a car for the whole back holiday weekend

I ordered front discs and pads, prices good, however I was sent the wrong discs and when questioned, was told these were definitely the correct items for my car even though the specs listed by the car manufacturer and every other supplier out there disagreed. Kept the pads, got a refund for the discs and purchased elsewhere. Don't think I'll bother with CarParts4Less again.

Parts and website are 100% perfect. The parcel was not packed and left in front of the gate. Where the postronbe people had easy access !!!!

I ordered 4 wiper blades, surely that would be an easy pick and fill order. Oh how wrong could I be, to start with the person who picked them picked the wrong sizes for one of them so I had to get that exchanged. Then when I came to fit the second pair of wipers it is all to apparent that they've been returned to store as the box is damaged, there's no fitting instructions and the wrong adapter for my wiper arms is fitted. So I'll be taking this back after the bank holiday for replacement as well. So all in all the money I saved I've subsequently lost faffing around rectifying your errors.

I specifically searched for "Castrol Syntrans Transaxle", the supporting documentation and picture on the CarParts4less website concurred with this although it was only titled as "Castrol". I received "Castrol Transmax Manual Transaxle". Although they are very similar and I have chosen to keep this substitute, if I had wanted this I would have saved a few pounds and purchased from Demon Tweeks.

The part never arrived, i never even received a confirmation that it got shipped. I raised a ticket asking for support but instead of a response i get a request for review. Not giving 1 star because i still hope for a reply and a clarification.

Not impressed, ordered a few items to try out, when they arrived I opened up to find an item missing ( ferecla G3 pro scratch remover) the invoice has a pen mark next to each item, I rang up just to hear a message telling me if some of the items are missing don't worry we will send them when they are in stock, that was a week ago! if I knew it was not in stock I would have purchased elsewhere.

Ordered a clutch at 8am for a next day delivery and paid extra for that. Never showed up next day so my mechanic came and went. Showed up day late so now can't get it booked in for 2 weeks so without car. Emailed customer service for an explanation and a refund of my next day delivery charge. No response or refund and this was weeks ago!

Website Checkout could do with some attention. I had to place the order three times before it stuck, including being thrown out of Paypal without any explanation which is unusual. Ended up having to pay for priority delivery. I am disappointed this is a front for Euro Car Parts who charge way over the top for some items so I avoid them.. so be warned..

Used the website for a number of years. I recently placed an order for car servicing bits for my daughters car. She was coming back from university for a car service and then off again. My order arrived and only one of the four spark plugs I ordered were enclosed. I rang customer services on the Thursday and explained the issue and they were needed for Saturday. She said they would be nest day delivered. They actually arrived on the Monday. I emailed to explain the at the plugs were now of no use.

Bought a starter motor on the understanding that there is a surcharge and I would be refunded some of the price when I sent my old one back. I have no instructions how to send back and no reply to an email asking how to send back.

Carparts4less should go back to using a courier to deliver & NOT the local Eurocarparts branch!(Brixton took 10 days).
