“Sent me the wrong parts”

“Didn't receive all of my order and after 7 days, 3 emails and 2 phonecalls I still haven't got an update.”

“Parts may be cheaper, but so is customer service. I payed extra for express delivery, parts did not arrive on time. I emailed to tell them and had no reply. Euro car parts then delivered the parts to me, a day late. luckily i didnt have the garage booked. Some of the parts were wrong so i tried their online chat function to see if it was any better than their email responses. Not really, 15 mins at 1 in the queue, constant pop ups explaining how busy they are (seriously doubtfull!!) When someone did join the chat, i explained that ECP had delivered the parts so could i swap the wrong parts for the correct ones at my local branch. Oh no, too easy that would be. But i can return the parts to ECP for a refund with a special code. So all in all for the little saving it's not worth the hassle. Just go to ECP, or a better motor factors.”

“Bought next day delivery, ordered at 10am. 6pm next day no parcel? Had to cancel plans due to the failure of carparts4less who told me there was little they could do other than offer me a refund on the delivery...”

“Fast delivery, can’t comment on product as not used yet, poor customer service took two weeks to reply to email that 20% off first order not received then to be told that my first order was not eligible for 20% off 😡😡😡”

“I received a prompt delivery but one part was for a Mercedes not Porsche. I informed Carparts4less and a replacement part was promised not has not arrived after a week. Have filled in 2 customer service forms and recontacted customer services. Still waiting.”

“Smooth and easy parts ordering on the web site. No more update after order confirmation at all. Waited a week then called about delivery. Was told next working day delivery from local branch. Waited next working day - nothing happened. Called again - was told to call local branch myself(?!) - when refused to do so I was deliberately kept 25 minutes waiting with no response on the line. As a result got no information. At this point we have 1.5 weeks from order. I went to local branch myself to attempt to collect the order. So called "local branch" is run by several relaxed chaps sorting a single collection for 5-10 minutes. At the same time 2-3 guys are smoking outside, talking jokes to each other, showing cars to each other when que of clients waiting for collection. It became apparent that nobody ever intended to actually deliver my order - it is about 5 minutes drive distance so I was kept waiting 1.5 weeks despite choosing standard delivery when placing an order.”

“I’ve used you quite a few times with no problems at all and have been very satisfied with your service and have recommended you to many people. This time though I was a bit disappointed, first of all I put the discount code in before I placed my order and it never gave me a discount plus I paid the Extra to have e the order posted quicker and it took longer than it would have if I had gone for the Free postage I understand that we are in difficult times with the Covid etc but thought if you couldn’t have delivered in the 48hr period then it shouldn’t have been offered. But you do deliver a good service so will be glad to use you again”

“Disappointed, order was late, I waited 7 days to contact CP for Less, to find out my order was awaiting collection! I never requested this, in fact it is the second time this has happened. The order was redirected to my stated delivery address, to find it incorrect. Another delay until the correct part arrived. My transit was off the road for 8 days in total! Not impressed.”

“Parts delivery and quality are good but my strut was the wrong diameter and so did not fit into the hub ! 4 days later and still waiting for a return authorisation ! Had to see the correct part elsewhere”
