“I bought the part with the registration of my car and it was not correct for my car, I called you and asked to take it to eurocarparts, I returned it and didn't receive any documents, and it's been a week and I haven't received the money back in my account and no contact.”

“First time I've ordered with car parts 4less. I paid for express delivery and it didn't turn up. No calls or emails from them. Phoned the next day and surprised to hear a recorded message saying that if your delivery isn't 7 days late yet please wait and call back. Spoke to a Person on the phone he understood and was helpful it came that day. I got refunded £4.95 express delivery. Not too happy to be honest.”

“Originally told me I could click and collect from Euro Carparts but then somehow that wasn’t available. The guy on the helpline said go for the free delivery which although it states 4-5 days is usually with you in 2-3 as long as everything is in stock. He checked for me and all was in stock so I went ahead with the order. It took 8 days to get to me which is unacceptable these days and when I questioned it they started using covid as an excuse. We are now 18 months into the challenges of covid so this is no longer a reasonable excuse. I’m very disappointed with this so come on guys sort your business out!”

“I ordered two coil springs. On them being delivered, the box of one of them was held together with sellotape, the damage on the packaging was covered by a large sticker with numbers on it. The spring did not look new and the rubber covering the metal spring was damaged. I called car parts for less who collected the spring but I’m still waiting for the replacement a week later and my days I had set aside to do this job have been and gone. Not a happy customer”

“Parts arrived quicker than expected but two boxes separate with shock absorbers in looked like the had been through a hedge .cello taped up . When opened two rubber bushes missing .called them up went down hill from there . Just ended up ordering new shock absorber .it was quicker and less painful”

“I recently ordered a replacement rear wiper for my daughter’s car. Despite inputting my daughter’s car registration number I was sent a wiper blade that was not the correct size in that it was too small. I was contemplating returning it for a refund but I really couldn’t be doing with all the hassle. In the end I found a spare wiper blade and was able to cut the rubber blade to size. This isn’t the first time I have been sent an item that hasn’t fitted despite entering the vehicle registration from CarParts4Less😠 Guess I’ll have to search for another company that will supply the correct parts in future.”

“Ordered some wheel cleaner as it was the cheapest online that I could find. Came to £15.28 (free delivery) and paid with PayPal but they took £17.27 Emailed CarParts4less... still waiting for a reply 6 days later.”
