Ordered and paid for a part .. which was in stock and available to collect from Wolverhampton..,drove 18 miles to collect it only to be told it wasn’t in stock .. so just credited card .. Drove 18 miles back .. massive waste of time and energy

Still waiting for a contact from their customer services for them to explain why I had to pay a £1.99 click and collect fee. If this is a new policy then I could find no reference to it on their website and it only appeared after paying for the order online. I have never been charged a click and collect fee from any other company that I have dealt with.

Very disappointed. I made a purchase using a voucher code and had issues applying the code at checkout. When I raised this with customer service that advised to email the evidence of the voucher and the discount would be applied in retrospect. Suffice to say after several emails and calls it was not honoured. Can’t help but feel cheated and will not use again after this.

Good prices, poor service. Have waited 8 days for a part. The correct address was not put on the part so the delivery company has not been able to deliver it. Costumer service is below average. Still waiting for the part!!

Sorry to say the collection point was again A 30 /40 minute wait in a queue for a pre ordered item The staff appear truculent & intimidating at Catford euro car parts & I urge the owners to Go shop there for themselves to see what goes on

I received incorrect items through delivery. Started return process online and took items to eurocarparts outlet but but can't return the item as there is no process for returning items.

Very bad service says your order is ready but when you go after 2 days to collect it and my order is not even there at the collection point and they tell you to go and come the next day Very very bad service

It would have been a better review but the website refused to work with my phone. I tried two ways of paying and both were declined or (in the case of PayPal) refusing to go to the payment page. I ended up using my laptop. Then, much to my horror, I find I've been charged for one day f the declined payments. Carparts4less refused to believe that I had been charged for a transaction that didn't go through and it's only because I didn't collect the order that I got a refund.

One of the wipers doesn’t fit even though I bought with my registration this is the second time this has happened, I hope the returns proved simple and straightforward.

I ordered a belt tensioner and received a idler pulley. Whilst it transpired that the item was incorrect on their system, Carpart4less would not send a replacement. I ended up having to order the correct part and pay extra for click and collect and having to go collect myself. Poor service.

WHAT A SHOCKINGLY BAD COMPANY THIS IS HERE IT’S A COPY OF THE REVIEW THAT CAR PARTS 4YOU ACTUALLY ASKED FOR I am at the point of writing to Trading Standards about this company. They sent the wrong parts to the wrong house. I have now sent TEN e-mails to try to correct their error. They WILL NOT send me a return code and refuse to accept returned goods without one. They are now totally ignoring me. AMAZINGLY they then sent me an e-mail asking for a review!!!

The service is very bad , the company don't care with the customers , the company is more then 4 years to find courier to Europe , is better tell don't send anymore instead of saying we are searching , if don't want to do the service say it the customer can buy on another if your company don't want to sell. Even I don't understand what is the problem as the shipment is the same the person on Europe is the one that have to pay the taxes, on the country that they will receive . Seems one thing hard but the company don't care , but could be a little more understanding and say we will not do the service to Europe anymore

Main problem is delivery charges I think writing on ur web site above £30 purchasing no delivery charges but I spend more then £80 but still u charged delivery charges So why you writing on ur web site delivery free above £30 ?? But now plz don’t say some items need delivery charges

Very disappointing 😞 The delivery was short of a 1/4" nipple, which meant it could not be operated...I reported this by phone & email, but has not been resolved!!
