Took 45 minutes from entering the store to collect a parcel. Never waited that long for any purchase let alone just a collection. 6 customers waiting, 1 person on the till, who kept dissappearing to check things. Didnt have 45 minutes to waste on a collection and will not be ordering again. Product itself is good as of now.

I ordered breakpad for my bmw 5 series car and confirmed that it is the right one . When i went to mechanic shop for replacement they said its bigger and definitely wrong size , i checked myself with the old one. They have to order new one while car was stuck on the ramp for fixing , delivery arrive after 1 hours which cost me most in their labour as car was bound. Not happy with it and still need to return in other town for refund.

Don't ever visit they sell you parts with box ripped when you go for refund they don't take it back I left it in the store in Croydon as they won't take what they sold me back still no refund. Don't waste your time and money Refund is impossible Refund still has not come Customer service rude in Croydon branch very poor they should train Their staff how to speak to people before even doing anything else lady was like next customer please and am standing there with my issue not even resolved no apology not a single smile very moody.

Was supplied a faulty part, submitted an online complaint, no response. Subsequently bought the part elsewhere, from the same manufacturer, at half the price ! Should be named Car Parts 4 More

Great prices bad service. Ordered parts online, collected them then when I went to fit them, that put the wrong parts in, took them back and they didn't even apologise, shocking.

Brought brake pads front & rear. Went to mechanic, so time fuel etc to find out they wasn't the ones..So instead if saving, I'm now out of pocket and waiting for funds to come back ..Cost of living .etc ! Wait for money to go back in my account ( need car cause of my mobility!!)

I order online, delivery service. But unfortunately they don't give me delivery. When I contact customer service they told me already items collected, 😑. How to delivery items collected? When I'm going to euro shop collect my items man on checkout don't say sorry . It's very awful service

I ordered a windscreen wiper for my car by inputting my vrm. When I received notice it was available for collection I picked it up on my way to Manchester. I arrived at my destination and went to fit the wiper only to find it was too small & the wrong fitment.

I have now had 2 new headlight units for a Transit Custom from you. Both were to replace a damaged unit for an MOT. Both have failed the test, the first because the tester (at a Ford main dealer) could not adjust the full beam to correct tolerances. I then changed the unit and am currently in the dealership where they are now putting on a genuine Ford headlight. The second one from you failed again on a flickering driving light and the indicator would not work. !!!

Hi. In May I bought a part for my car ( exhaust pipe with muffler ) Unfortunately, I waited for it over a month and had to pick it up in person because apparently the part was too large to be delivered home. I don't know why because I fit it in my car without any problem. And here we have a problem, because the part arrived incomplete, the exhaust pipe tip was missing. All attempts to contact customer service have yielded no results because no one respond to e-mail. I wasted time and extra money for collection in person, and I know what I bought and what I paid for. My tracking number is : 121-00021767920 !!!

Wrong parts, had to pay for the right ones in full and wait for a refund. I was over charged £30 for new parts as advisor said my discount code wouldn't apply. I checked and it did so I was told to buy again and wait for another refund. Never again

Placed my order on a weekend and my confirmation said they order would be ready for collection by the following Wednesday. I was unable to collect until the following Sunday. When I went to collect the 6 items I was told that one of the items hadn't arrived and would be in on the Monday. I was surprised that assistant went on to tell me that the air filter hadn't come in but would be available at 930 the following morning. I had made a special journey to collect the items as the service was booked in for the Tuesday, I asked to speak to a manager but was told there was no one available but Luke would be there the next day when I collected the air filter. When I went to collect I asked to speak to Luke but was told that he was on annual leave and there was no one else available. The guy promised that Luke would call me as soon as he was back in store. I am still waiting for the call.

Ordered items on 28th of June, still not recieved them over 10 days later. I have contacted the courier (Evri) 4 times and spoke to Sheila from Carparts4less. Still no order delivered. Still no further forward getting it resolved!

Parts were easy to order and collect, however i had a choice of filters for my car... Trying to return the wrong part was ridiculous, filled out the online returns form, went to drop it off at ECP as per the email "All you need is this return reference" only to get hounded by the ECP staff who wanted a piece of paper I didn't have, tried explaining that the email said all I needed was the reference to get huffed and tutted at several times.
