I've I could give 0 stars I would. They cancelled my order without telling me and left me in the lurch, apparently so error their end. Why not tell me, or ask me? No I have to chase and then get told this? Utterly pathetic. Oh and it's the 2nd time they have done this!

I was supplied with the wrong brake pads, part number was completely different to the one ordered. As was in the middle of the job on Sunday morning, had to buy more expensive pads, drive 25 miles and waste over two hours. The branch that I use to collect and return the parts from told me that they were sent the wrong pads and they do not check the part numbers on receipt now as it takes too long, so seems like you need to expect that you could be given the wrong parts and must check them yourself before leaving the store.

Complete scam . decided to pick up to save time even though my order qualified for free postage. At last minute saw there was a £1.99 collection charge. Unbelievable.Cancelled order and still haven’t been refunded

I bought a new “alternator” on 24th of June 22 , paid almost £400 . Upon receiving the parts , I was very disappointed. Box was completely smashed & wide open from top to bottom , even parts was full of dust and black mark everywhere. I complain immediately but no satisfactory answer given by collection point people, advised me to contact CS. My mechanic already uninstalled alternator from my car so I had no choice but take the old looking parts sent by car parts for less . I am an NHS worker wasn’t able to take day off from work for another replacement parts to come ins . I am regular customer here and I think customers shielded be treated better than what I have experienced. Thanks

Ordered online with delivery. Was contacted later by them to say it could only be collected due to its size. Agreed a pick up, and I’ve heard nothing since. It’s been a week and a half now. As I’ve been invited to review the service by them I think it’s only reasonable to tell it as it is right now.

Ordered oil and filter to be delivered. 9 days later still no sign. Called to enquire and was told dpd had it, but they had no tracking number so couldn’t say when it would be delivered. Cancelled order and placed another order for collect- ready next day no problem!

I ordered a clutch from the site and the price was very reasonable and the next day delivery was a plus, but sadly that is where the positive points end. When I picked the clutch up there was grease inside the box and on some of the parts, the metal looked tarnished and the bolt holes had shiny rings on the inside which looked like they had bolts in them previously. There was a local garage open and I took the clutch for them to look at and they confirmed that it had previously been fitted to another car! I took the part back and a replacement was ordered for delivery the next day, but it was a very good thing I inspected the part before the car was taken apart for the clutch change as the first clutch supplied could well have been faulty. This has definitely put me off using this website in the future.

Very poor customer service, sent half of very expensive order. Second half out of stock, which I discovered for my self no email notification from the company they weren’t going to say anything. Poorly handled by online chat and in store at Euro Car Parts (same company). We’re happy to take my money and not send missing items. Will be going direct to manufacture in future.

Absolutely terrible service, used the collection point option at £1.99 and arrived at Loughborough Euro Car Parts. Handed order minus an air filter, asked the staff member and told its not on our paper work so basically calling me a liar, showed my confirmation email, no apology and said I would have been refunded for that part, wrong again. Waited ages, manager involved, part handed over, still no apology. Cheers CP4L for a pleasant experience

Ordered blind spot mirrors and paid £2 extra for click and collect…After few days and confirming email went to the shop only to be told (after 15 min waiting) that they don’t have the part and they will refund me… They have but I still haven’t been refunded click and collect ridiculous charge…!!!! So I have been charged two quid for wasting my time… London Catford branch by the way….

Absolute joke of a company, ordered a bumper, no updates for over a week, called them up, was told i should expect it that day or the day after only to receive an email saying they can’t deliver it. Costing me more money now as the car is in the body shop for an extra week.
