Parts ordered 9th April. Finally got them 3rd may after having to go to a euro car parts shop to chase them in person and collect the parts . Online chat, customer service emails and ringing the store all failed to get parts to my house. Would not use them again.

picked parts up last monday , couldnt use them till 18 th april , both parts were wrong , should of checked them straight away, had to go to halfords bank holiday monday to get the correct parts ,as i needed my vechicle tuesday .

Incorrect product delivered. Customer service emailed 2 weeks ago, and once again today. Still awaiting a response.

I went in store 3 working days after receiving confirmation Email that everything is ready for collection. My order was not in the computer System, I had to wait 30 min and I did not receive the complete order. One of the items was not available. The store Manager blamed the IT department And explained that there is always discrepancy between actual stock and online Availability.

I can’t review my parts as my parts have still not arrived - despite paying for express delivery and calling up to chase my order. It would have been quicker to make new wiper blades myself. Ordered 7th April… 10 days and counting so far.

Same company as euro car parts. Major payment issues..problem’s with not paying decent wages to your front line staff!! Your company’s major share holders seem to be doing very well!!?

Ordered On Monday 4th April, Delivery Turned Up On Wednesday 13th April Only After Contacting Them To Chase It Up On The Live Chat.

Was given wrong wiper, realised after couple of days when I wanted to fit my rear wiper- was given completely different one, with next day trip and car parts for less closed had to go to Halfords and now have to make my way back to the store for refund. Annoying.

Well I have ordered my parts on the 2/04 ofApril and now it is the 12/04of April and after been told that the parts will be with me between 2 to 3 working day I am still waiting !!! 3 phone calls two emails and promises that the parts will be with me asap I have been waiting for a long time now. I work in retail and this is very apprling your phone operators were very nice and polite but still it's the 12/4 and I am still waiting. I have been promised that the parts will be with me on the 8/04 and waited at home all day on my day off I have been planing to do the service on my car on the 9/04 well nothing happened it is a little bit embarrassing to be honest.you are sending me an email to write a review while I am still waiting for the parts so here is my review.

Thought I would get free delivery on my order of over £30 but was charged £4.95. It came from Euro car parts and they are only 10 minutes away.

My order was packed incorrectly. I had express delivery as the service needed doing ASAP, phoned up to ask for the correct part to be sent to me which took a further 7 days. Not happy at all with the service of this company.

The item sent must have been used and returned by the last buyer! All parts are loose inside a badly ripped box held in place with DHL tape on all sides! You don’t expect to be sold a used returned item as new! I have emailed them to pick it up as I will not even bother to open it. So far no response. Instead I get emails to ‘review’ the rubbish they sent to me.

NEVER AGAIN !! It’s been 11 days and two different orders are still due to be delivered! Empty reassurances over the phone and no reply to my emails . Absolutely outrageous !
