Ordered calliper for corsa C, correct box but wrong calliper in box. Left me with car off the road over a weekend due to not holding correct stock level.

I will never use again charged me £2 to collect my order in person then gave me the compleat wrong part then didn’t refund the hole amount abs I didn’t even leave the store

Very poor service. They missed my order on numerous occasions, they all kept re directing me to ‘other’ departments, finally it arrived and I was asked to pay even though it was a paid online order. Shambles this time round.

Never received the order. Granted I was refunded immediately but without any explanation. I've wasted a week waiting for the parts. Ordered elsewhere and received today.....and a little cheaper!

Awful company, I will never use them again. Their website said some wipers would fit my car, when they turned up they didn’t and the box said they’re for a different model. I phoned up to arrange a collection, DPD refused to take it because Car Parts 4 Less haven’t provided a label, I called them again and they said they don’t provide a label and that DPD will so they rearranged the collection, DPD turned up again and refused to take the parcel without a return label, I called again and was told there’s nothing they can do and that I can pay to return them or call back again (for the FOURTH time). So am I now to just accept that I’ve lost the money for this?

Not recommend at all this company, I placed my order on 9th May and I still waiting for delivery today when I write this review I still haven’t received my order 19th May , customer service not helpful they told me to call on Ipswich branch and after the Ipswich branch to call back customer service. This company is a joke.For me not worth it in the future. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They delivered a cancelled package and then took 5 attempts to get it collected Customer services contradicted each other and am still awaiting a refund. 🙄

I ordered a car battery online and collected it from Europarts. While ordering I entered my car reg and they provided a selection of batteries which in principle should fit my car. When I bought it, collected it and went for replacement in the garage it was not fit for my car. I wasted half a day at the garage and it cost me 50 GBP more to do last-minute buy for the right battery. On top of getting the hassle to return the battery back. Never going to buy again from here.

My experience with Car Parts 4 Less has not been good. I ordered a new light cluster, which arrived on time, however the edge of the cluster was damaged. I wrote to them on the 7th May with photos. I had to chase them for a response on the 12th May, to which they responded. Their solution - when can we pick it up, not even an explanation of when the replacement would come. I had explained that I had to fitted the light to be able to drive my vehicle of course. That they should supply me with a replacement that's not damaged and then I could return the damaged one. There other solution, keep the damaged light and get at £10 voucher for Car Parts 4 Less! To spend more money for damaged parts. I had replied to them on the 12th May, but of course silence again. The light fitting would be great if it was not damaged, the delivery was fast. What everyone needs to be aware of (as you will see from the other reviews) if you have problems when your parts arrive, that's when the "4 Less" kicks in, you simply will not get the support or service. So it's Russian Roulette with them from my experience. For me not worth it in the future.

Went to pick up my item and was told the order had been cancelled. No notification of this and still waiting a refund. The paperwork the shop have me showed a refund less the collection charge.... Wouldn't recommend

Ordered clutch kit and had confirmation email saying will be held till 5th of may at collection point euro car parts Rochdale but went to pick up while car was waiting parts at garage on 3rd may but was told order cancelled and sent back parts which caused me expenses and issues. Given £10 voucher which this company believes is right compensation and still waiting for refund which can take 5working days. No customer service at all i had to chase this up after no contact from company for 48hours after complaint made by online procedure as advised on website. Extremely dissatisfied

Very poor online service! When you enter your car registration number it comes multiple choice. Every time I order it comes some wrong part. Then I have to take off mine from the car and go to the shop to get the right ones.
