Rude staff girl serving no welcoming in greeting hello or thank you or bye after collected my click and collect order. Miserable whats your order number what kinda service is that

Not used this company in years Picked up a couple of things I paid for online, Had 30 min wait in shop! And had to pay a pick up charge!! If your going to charge me to pick my paid for items up at least make it quick Very disappointed, Wil just use Amazon from now on

So I ordered a intake manifold gasket to pick up from euro car parts in leeds I went to pick it up the guy tried to give me a completely different gasket I told him it was wrong he said it's not I said it is I then got the photo up on my phone to show him and he said someone has put wrong bar code and he said there is none in stock so I get a REFUND I left the shop checked my receipt and he's refunded me 2 less took my collection fee of me when it was not my fault I went back into the store to explain about the 2 pound he said you won't get that back I said well its not my fault you have tried to give me the wrong item and don't have it in stock so I said can I speak to a manager please he said he will sort it he went to speak to his manager but the manager did not come to me he givee another recipt with my full refund on it and said it's sorted so I waited for my refund and I got 2 pound less so you charge me to pick up a item that is wrong you should be giving me 2 pound for wasting my time and fuel. I am gunna post this on facebook instagram google and report it to hmrc totally out of order robbing people off there hard earned cash when everyone is struggling out here. Absolutely fuming I am!

Unfortunately on this occasion the website suggested the wrong ac condenser even after search by reg no. The item was returned and refunded promptly but had to source the right part from elsewhere urgently as the front end of the car was stripped open by the garage. Very disappointing.

Sadly neither oil filter delivered was the right fit for my two vehicles. I would have tried for a refund or replacement, but past experience proved lengthy and painful so I cut my losses and purchased the parts from elsewhere. I won’t be using Car Parts 4 Less again

wasted over an hour on the phone spoke to 4 different people then a 25 mile trip to collect parts and not there they were on a van for delivery took over a week to get very disappointing regards peter

Ordered a subframe online for delivery to my workshop, carriage included in price. No communication from Carfarce4less for a week. Tried to contact them on their live chat but had no reply. Rang them (on their premium rate number) to be told that they I should have known it couldn’t be shipped directly to me??!! Only options are cancel the order or collect it, at my expense and time from my nearest Euro Car Parts branch, a 2 hour round trip. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I had the pleasure of speaking to someone called Adrian who was rude, argumentative and aggressive. Refused to pass my call on to management although he was going to have someone call me back……. No surprise that hasn’t happened either. A long winded way to say DONT BUY FROM Carparts4stress!!

So far it has taken more than a month to return a pair of wipers mis-listed as suitable. This is the second time I've tried to return something, last time I ended up accepting the loss, thinking that my poor experience and difficulty in getting a return was a one off. But I flat refuse to give up on principle this time.

Placed two orders. Turned up at the store and it took 45mins to pick the 1st and over an hour to pick the 2nd. Wasn’t even busy. I was the only person there at the beginning. Orders used to be ready in minutes for pick up. Also still awaiting a refund which doesn’t look like it’s been proceed properly. Going to lose a lot of customers if they are not careful.

Purchased an item had to be collected between 22-29th July. Arrive to collect on 29th July and it had been returned to HQ, and didn’t have another in stock. Very disappointed!!!

Email said my item will be ready for collection from 22nd July, but when I go to the shop there is nothing I can pick up, still no any email or notice to me about my item collection details until now.

Used in the past and always been OK. This time I didn't receive my part and almost impossible to contact. I had to go elsewhere and buy again. Won't use next time I need parts.
