Reason for the low rating, is the collect in store was so slow, took over 30 minutes to collect few items, otherwise would have been 5 stars.

I ordered parts on a 3-4 day delivery but by day 6 still no parts. No response to online customer service request for a delivery date after over 48 hours. I had to call customer services and the local branch so I could collect parts as they were not going to be delivered for another 3 days!

Parts stated on a catalogue is wrong and doesn't fit the car. Telephone customer service is not helpful and don’t act on the issue quick enough, i’m still waiting on my refund from you, even i have delivered wrong parts myself to one of your stores and have to buy correct ones again, because you don’t refund money straight away. So have to spend a money twice!! What if someone doesn’t have a spare cash and car is booked in the garage? I have used your services before and newer was an issue, just recently started

Ordered 2 items to pick up at my local collection point (Euro Car Parts, part of the same company). Couldn’t get in to collect items due to catching COVID, which I still have. Rang to ask about items and was told that I’d be refunded as I didn’t collect my order. Refund came through, however they have kept the £1.99 collection fee they call charge for the “privilege” of collecting. This was not conveyed to me at the time I was told about the refund. I will not opt to collect any future orders if I decide to order again from Car Parts 4 Less.

Perchase Maguire's quick interior detail. Was opened and foil stuck back down. Too much effort to send it back and to be fair, who's going to check the returns haven't been opened.

As this is eurocarparts who said they couldn't find any I find it bizarre that a eurocarparts van delivered this from the same depot who didn't have any.

There’s a collection fee! Why do I need to pay to use my own transport, fuel and time to collect an item? This is taking the P.

I was sent the wrong part. It was not for a golf but various Japanese cars. I decided therefore to go into my local car parts shop. They gave me the correct windscreen wiper but could only refund the previous payment, for which I’m still waiting, online.

Ordered parts online for collection and paid extra to do so. Went to collect but 1 of the items not in stock and one of the items had a part missing. Had to visit site 3 times until I got everything I ordered. Very poor service.

The product I ordered fell apart on first use. I was refunded but I had to travel to the depot twice. After paying the £1.99 collection fee I think this should have been refunded. It wasn’t. I shall think twice about using them again

Purchased oil from above company with free delivery locally , but not for up to 3 days , when I called the 0203 number I was told.. if you don’t want to wait come and pick it up yourself.. asked where shop was and he said do you know where Eurocarparts shop is that’s us ..??.. your not CarParts4less then .. No ..oil was on shelf .. “ waiting “ for a van to become free , 2days later despite 4 / 5 parked up outside . Then I tried to buy from CarParts4less snow foam priced at £13.29 .. £2.50 cheaper than anywhere else go to same shop .. £15.99 mate .. showed kid the online price of £13.29 .. he said ..not here not us ..so I call Carparts and ask can I collect myself .. yes £13.29 ..plus £1.99 collection charge .??..for refusing FREE Delivery and actually going there myself .. for Christ’s sake EuroCarParts4less.co.uk .. or whatever your trading name is this week sort yourselves out .. I may only be 1 customer but need you to be honest because even without the help of the internet word of mouth carries LOUD , with the help of the internet honest speaking Car Owner Forums are read by thousands of motorists looking for recommendations and Keen prices and not only do they read lots they ask questions constantly .

Put my reg no in. Ordered the wiper blades for my car, received 1 new and 1 resealed opened box. Wrong blades sent out, don't fit. so completely useless to me

The discs I ordered were correct but it wasn't until I'd managed to remove the wheel and get the pads out,the pads you told me I needed were the wrong ones. I had to re build it, and drive back to swap. Apparently according to staff the ones you said I needed weren't even for my car. Even though I'd entered my reg number. Was £40 more expensive too!

I needed new wiper blades for my Kia Rio so ordered a pair the same from CP4L & was surprised that the 26" long Bosch Super Plus blade fitted the drivers side but was too long for the passenger side. I then found out I needed a shorter 16" long one. Prior to owning Kia cars. I always bought 2 blades the same length. SO I went back on line to return the one & tried to order the shorter one & everything went well as previously until I pushed the final button to place the order when it was refused because my Car Reg or the type of bladeor something simple was wrong ?? I rang you & explained the problem to your salesman but he could only suggest I start over again. The important driver side is new so I'll leave the pass side till when I have time to TRY !! to order the 2nd blade. Also he told me NOT to turn the 2nd 26" blade due to its low value BUT in spite of this, you have sent me an Email inc, the Return No. I should use ?? Why can't your salesmen take the order for the blade I needd & save me all the above hassle ?? Regards, David Morgan Regards,

They did not make free postage offers clear on car battery so in the end the 'good' price offered ended up being no better that ordering direct from their sister company europarts, so beware of this.

Charge of £1.99 for me to collect my order from local branch of Euro Car Parts when it would have been delivered free. If I had odered via Euro Car Parts there would be no collection charge. RIDICULOUS !!! I have asked CarParts4Less for an explanation on this but I have had no reply giving a valid or good reason. This is the only reason I have given them a poor rating which I believe is justified. It's not the £1.99........its the pettiness of CP4L puting this stupid charge on customers who are already out of pocket going to collect their purchase.

After deciding to pay extra for delivery when placing order Monday evening, I enquired Friday morning as had not received and was told to expect delivery by Monday! I asked if could collect replying yes. when I went to collect I asked why had they not already been posted? Which no reason was given!!
