Ordering parts and collection is not a problem but when you have to turn up and wait like your in a queue to enter a some kind of high security biological quarantine zone just to collect a blooming oil filter and waiting in the freezing cold 🥶 and rain ..1 in 1 out system. These euro sites are more paranoid than your local Tesco and Asda. Horrible experience. Surely there must be a much easier way or system to just turn up and collect what you've paid for without having to wait like your in a theme park ride queue. The management need to wake up.

SHOCKING -The Kilmarnock Store- I didn't appreciate the fact that I was charged £1.99 despite the fact that I made a 40 mile round trip in my car to collect my product which the website already stated was in stock. The product that had been picked and reserved in the back shop was the wrong one and fortunately there was one left on the front shop shelves so I didn't have to return. The postcode on the website directs you to the rear staff entrance at the back of the factory and I was given poor instructions by a staff member to find the front area for access to the customer entrance. It took me about 10 minutes to find it as it is extremely poorly signed. I complained to the server and he said he thought 'they' were going to put additional signage to improve finding the entrance but with no idea of when. The product was as listed the but collection cost, inept service and poor signage makes me doubt if I will buy again from here.

Paid for 3-5 working day delivery and received in 7 working days with poor support from the customer service team. I could have received the same item in 3 days from Amazon for a couple of pounds more, whilst not an advocate of Amazon I do feel that CarParts4Less is not giving me a good reason not to use Amazon next time for the same item.

A game of two halves really. I use CP4L for most of my car parts for our fleet and have been happy with service and prices. Recently ordered service parts for two vehicles. All of them arrived a few days later with the exception of an oil filter, which appears to have been packed separately (don’t understand why as there was plenty of room in first box). Long story shortened - second box is now in Gibraltar, courtesy of DHL (we live in N Wales) and has been on hold for a week. Chased with CP4L - got a reply after 48hours giving me the tracking information that I had quoted to them and saying they had asked DHL to release parcel. But guess what - parcel is still in Gibraltar.... Gave up and drove to nearest town and bought said filter. Next time I’ll just buy everything in a shop as I can’t really wait 2+ weeks for car parts. Won’t use companies that use DHL any longer as they’ve lost 2 out our last 5 parcels - 40% is pretty poor hit rate.

This is the first time I have used this company, I haven't received my order as yet. 10 days have passed, have now contacted the company to see what has happened. still waiting... unfortunately if it hasn't arrived in the next couple of days I will have to purchase the same item elsewhere.

Usually an excellent service, but website charged me multiple times when using PayPal. Also sent wrong brake pads and was told if I had to purchase new replacement ones that I would have to pay delivery charges.

Added email To get a discount never sent/received in inbox.. After placing order coincidently it arrived and was only Valid for 24hrs! It’s all a gimick

Why should I pay to collect parts that I have ordered and payed for on line, that puts the price up and I could get it cheaper elsewhere. And it’s only europarts under another name. The last part I ordered was the wrong part.

Ordered 4 items. Stood in a queue for literally 45 minutes waiting to collect only to find out only 3 had been sent. A complete waste of my time. No notification, no apology, no communication.

Ordered a radiator support and didnt hear anything for a week. Contacted customer services (chloe) who was very good. But order had been messed up. Wanted part fir my m.o.t! Bit annoyed

20/11/2021 I bought fuel filters and pollen filters fuel filters got to me but pollen filters have not arrived so far, so please send me the filter you bought in advance, thank you and waiting for the shipment

Service of ordering was absolutely fine but poor packaging plastic bottles containing cleaning products were packed in a jiffy bag!!!! One bottle with a spray gun on had broken and leaked all in the bag everything was absolutely wet soppy and dripping, maybe the carriers fault the invoice was not readable so all just went in the bin

Placed order after 10 days parts had not been received !!! Spoke to customer service who were very helpful and resolved the issue with a refund.

Would not deliver the fibreglass body repair kit i ordered. They advertise it but i was expected to do 60 mile round trip to collect as too dangerous to let courier deliver. I asked why and they said they were not allowed to fly this item. I live just north of Aberdeen , Scotland. Yes it is a remote island with a runway and no roads. Will use all other companies but not 4less or Euro

Easy to order. But why charge to collect? Postage is free but slow as the shop delivers the items by van. Sort it CP4L
