Never received, notified by text not to travel to collect item as not received at collection depot, silence since.

Unfortunately not a good experience, on going to collect the items they couldn't be found, 15 mins later and a 2nd person searching for them the order was incomplete and the missing item wouldn't be in for 2 days, asked for it to be dropped at home address as their vehicles pass at least a dozen times a day delivering to a local industrial estate was told "no problem" never arrived. It was only because somebody was in the area of the collection point and called to collect the following weekend that I got the late item or I would have just asked to be refunded for it. Would of thought that if they couldn't provide all your order for collection they would at least post out or deliver, after all even collection carries a charge.

You need to ensure that the parts listed as suitable for a particular vehicle registration number are accurate. It is frustrating to travel and pick up a battery that doesn't fit one's car then have to make a repeat journey.

Online payment system was extremely faulty and I'm still awaiting a refund for parts I returned over a week later.

Be very careful I ordered parts for my car though reg yet when I receive the part's they was the wrong one's picked as the part number's was different from the one I orded to the one I received

Ordered part and was wrong one listed (2options) so had to return and exchange. Paid for items before I realised £1.99 collections fee. £1.99 for someone to walk to a shelf and bring the item to the counter which I wouldn’t be charged if I walked in and not ordered online. Won’t be using again

Ordered service items through vehicle reg number and oil filter was wrong. Not only that but it wasnt the brans I ordered. Also returns process is a real pain. Have to arrange courier. Not sure if I would use again. Also filter box had a lot of damage on it.

I ordered parts and picked them up and there were the wrong parts. I took back to the counter where I collected the parts from and the man said he applied credit back to my credit card and he refused to give me refund note as a proof and when I asked for one, then he said is done online. Two weeks after refund I received my credit card statement I no o refund Gad taken place!!!

Competitive prices but in a recent order the wrong part was listed and supplied for my correct registration number. This meant that a 10 000 mile service could not be completed, resulting in additional expense to go back and have the correct part fitted separately. I also wonder why I can ask for free delivery but have to pay to walk in and collect the order. After placing several orders, I am not sure about sticking with this company

Had an email saying I could collect the order from 10:30 the next day. Turned up at 5:30 the next day but it wasn't there. It was the day after.

Ordered a battery and then cancelled it. A couple of days later it was delivered by Euro Car Parts (same company). I took it back to the Euro Car Parts outlet and got a credit note. Now, I have a credit for the shipping but not the battery. I have used them both in the past and found them to be very good. The cancellation has obviously confused their system but it is them that decided to send from a different company within their group. The next question is "was delivery on time"! Well, yes and no, cause I cancelled it. Can I just get a credit please?????

I paid for express delivery on Wednesday so it should have been delivered Friday but it was delivered on Monday don't call that an express service

Parts were correct, postal charges were added when the price of the order covered the required amount for free delivery... not happy.

Ordered on 1/1/22. Still have not received my order on the 11/1/22. Emailed a few days ago to enquire however still haven’t received a reply about my order. Have ordered from other companies later in that week and received my delivery from them.
