“Price of parts is great but unfortunately I was handed over wrong parts. I booked my appointment , went to garage , found out that parts are for different car. Waste of time for me.”

“I ordered 3 things oil, oil filter and wiper blades And they gave me to wrong oil filter. Which meant I had no car to use until I could buy one from Amazon as it was next day delivery”

“Good wipers Horrible service from CarParts Order placed online for click/collect still had to wait 30mins for collection on arrival was told someone will get it now as order not ready. Also had to pay a collection charge which I have never come across with any other retailer.”

“I ordered online to collect the item in store and when I got to the store it wasn't there. I arrived within the time stated on the email so wasn't early. No apology from staff either, she really didn't care. So I had to make a second trip the next day all the while paying for the "privilege" of collecting from store.”

“Having picked up one order for £183.63 from my nearest Eurocar parts a round trip of 14 miles, I had missed an item out & made another order which after discount came to just over £13 & was to be picked up from the same place. However, I was angered to find that £1.99 was discretely added, as a collection charge, when considering the costs to me to go and collect and how slyly this charge was added, I thought it a ruddy cheek. As I & my son have bought quite a lot from both Eurocar parts & Carparts 4 less and them being in effect to be the same organisation, they need to review their policies, especially in these financially difficult times before they lose customers.”

“ordered 4 x bestway pool filters waited 7 days with no contact then recieved 1 (pair) - customer services said they would refund me for the 3 i did not get - but why take my money for stock they never had.”

“I ordered Mahle condenser for my car. On the collection day they gave me different brand with a comment "its a same part number". Well, I paid for a brand I wanted. I took it instead of asking for refund as I had no time to order somewhere else. Not very professional.”

“Placed order on 7 July with all parts in stock - received order on 12 July with a note 2 spark plugs to follow. Today 18 July as I write this review I am still waiting for delivery. Why accept the order when stock is not available? I should of orded the spark on Ebay for the same price and would to been delivered within 48 hours.”

“After finding carports 4 less on the Internet, I thought great. My car parts which have same manufacturers as other sites but less. I purchased a shock absorber and wheel bearing. I took my car to the garage who stripped the car down. Only to find it was the wrong bearing. Called back. Who said I would have to re order part at more money.them wait for my wrong part money to be refunded. Whilst my car was in the garage.”
