The price of the climair deflectors was good, however mine came damaged at the end of the deflector. Luckily it’s the bit that is tucked behind the rubber, however not the point as it shouldn’t have been damaged. Also my other half stated that the staff when collecting the goods were extremely rude as if they didn’t want to deal with customers.

Part sent was wrong item for my car. Looks like item had been returned before probably for same reason. Bit difficult to return via Web site. Although easy when contacting by phone.

Ordered 2x rear coil springs for 2007 a6 s-line Sunday afternoon, paid extra for next day delivery and didn’t receive till Wednesday. The correct parts supplied but charged for express delivery and never received till 3 days later. Was told I’d receive refund for delivery…….still waiting weeks later 🤪

Excellent price but the ‘local collection’ (at Slough) was utterly dreadful. First visit I gave up after 35 minutes in the queue ( it hadn’t moved in all that time and the staff wouldn’t prioritise a simple collection). Next time was quicker but it’s daft that I had to pay extra for such useless service. But at least the part was exactly what I wanted.

Parts were ok but pricey, despite supposed discount. Annoyed to be charged an extra £1.99 to collect the myself - crazy

Browsing for the best price for an alternator. The price of the alternator varied by over £100 in the space of 10 minutes. Added to basket at one price, then when checking-out, the price had increased. Be very careful using this supplier and re-check the price at check-out.

Excellent service on my latest order but I'm now totally confused regarding the delivery situation with Carparts4less. The other week I had to pay around a third extra for the same part collected at the same store using Eurocarparts as I couldn't order it from Carparts4less for collection on the same day. Confusing as CP4L and ECP were showing the same stock levels at the local store. Yesterday I ordered a set of plugs and some ignition coils from Carparts4less, after the previous experience I knew I couldn't get the items that day but it was OK I would be fitting them the following week. As the order was over £30 I decided to forgo paying £1.99 collection fee, (what is that about?), and opted for free standard delivery quoted as 3-4 working days. I was amazed when my order was delivered less than 2 hours later by one of the local ECP delivery vans. Come on CP4L/ECP standardise delivery across the 2 elements of the business and stop charging a collection fee. It would also be better if you could confirm the delivery date at the time of the order and stick to it as it was pure luck that I was still at home when my items were delivered.

after using the part finder for my car I ordered 3 x wiper blades, none of which were compatible with my vehicle so I have had to return. Only positive was the friendly delivery driver

Ordered a bumper for home delivery on the 22nd April on a 3-4 day delivery - did not arrive after 7 days. Called and escalated and was told it had been passed to the warehouse to resolve. Got an email from the warehouse saying the web order system failed to allocate the part to a local branch which was why it had not been shipped from the warehouse and it would be transferred to a local delivery branch in another 3-4 days. Today is 02 May - still not received.

I’ve had part's from you in the past and I’ve been very pleased however on this occasion the 4 wheel trims I brought from you even though they where not expensive when knocking the the first one on to the wheel as per instructions it broke in half so they went straight in the bin

the CP4L business appears to have changed dramatically behind the scenes in the past year or so. a box used to arrive via courier from a distribution centre but now very restricted item delivery comes from the local EuroCarParts, though paying £1.99 click and collect (who else CHARGES for click and collect???) enables the full product range. delivered minimum order values have gone up and up. I know the parent company have been acquiring competitors in recent years which may go some way to explain a less accommodative market position

Ordered several items that where in stock only after paying did I get an email advising 2 items where not available and a refund would be given, as yet no refund despite leaving several emails to enquire what’s happening.

I’ve got the wrong oil filter from my collection point and had to go back again to exchange it was not happy about it
