My error, I forgot to apply a discount code to an online order. The order had already gone through so I emailed customer services to see if it could be applied retrospectively. I wasn’t hopeful of a refund and didn’t get one.

I ordered the wrong oil filter by mistake sò immediately emailed to explain and apologise . I received no reply. The next day I thought I had better phone . They said it was too late now as it was in the system to be dispatched and nothing could be done to stop It! It arrived three days later and I will have to return it now. Whilst it was my initial mistake, very poor communications, both to me and internally, have led to a a load of hassle for me.

I would normally think twice about leaving a negative review but as they themselves have invited me to do so I think I will. I've used GSF and Euro Car Parts for years without a single issue, this is my first order with Carparts4less and it's fallen well short of what I was expecting. My order was for a socket set and an oil filter. I placed the order and within 12 hours got and email to say the sockets were not in stock and would take longer to fulfil. A few days later the oil filter arrived so badly packed that Royal Mail had repacked it for me, thankfully the filter was undamaged. I phoned to get an estimate when I'd get the sockets and got a very vague answer. This week I emailed and asked for a refund if the order couldn't be fulfilled but have received no reply, so reluctantly I've opened a PayPal dispute. I'll have to re-order the sockets today from another supplier as I need them this weekend. I won't be using Carparts4less again.

To be fair, they have good prices for parts ,but they will need to improve a lot the delivery sistem ( I was waiting 9 days for my delivery).

Ordered brake pads which are pictured with replacement Calliper bolts, Packaging was not sealed properly, packaged was repealed by courier, however bolts were missing. Contacted Customer service who initially said that they were not sure whether bolts were part of the supply. Checked online 2 other makes who all supplied the bolts. Contacted customer service again who agreed that it appeared to indicate that bolts should be supplied, still awaiting bolts or replacement order.

3rd time over the years using this company and the 3rd error on my order. At least the poor service is consistent. Missed off x2 oil filters. Only given 2 stars instead of 1 as the error was rectified 2 days later. Doesn't make up for the mechanic who penciled me in and couldn't perform the service because the filters were missing. Serious issues with the warehouse staff at this place.

not happy payed 4.50£ express delivery next day came 4 days later unable to contact car parts by phone or e mail .no one wanted to know.

The delivery came from the local Europarts store. They wouldn't leave deliver unsigned for or leave it with a neighbour so I had to drive to the store pick up the delivery myself.

I received the Diagnostic Code Reader quickly but was surprised when an attempt was made to claim £18.58 from Paypal when the price was supposed to be £16.59. i contacted both Paypal and my Credit Card Provider and corrected the payment but it was an unnecessary hastle caused by Car Parts 4 Less

Ordered front brake disc's which were too big,was very disappointed to have to pay the return postage which was almost as much as the disc's 😠not happy!

Order was late. Spent several days chasing it to be told each day it was due for delivery by a local eurocarparts branch that was only a few miles away

Of the 16 parts I had ordered only 2 of them had not been previously opened. The inner bags had all been opened, mis matched nuts where any old rubbish had been put on to make the parts complete. Threads were damaged on parts where someone had clearly tried and failed to fit them before. I thought the whole point of things being in bags is that they were non returnable once opened. Clearly not. Poor quality, I would rather pay more, go elsewhere and get unmolested parts that don't need the threads recutting and new nuts to make them fit.

SLOW delivery as usual!! and putting a paper element oil filter and an air filter in a jiffy bag!! you guys have lost the plot!!! You are the only company I know who can't do next day delivery to Pembrokshire. This is why I usually use my local motor factor. Don't you folk realise when people want motor spares they need them QUICKLY!!!!!
