You sent me my dipstick in a box that could have fitted the whole engine! what a waste of resources, especially in this world climate! I'm disgusted that your business would think it's acceptable to send such a small item in such a large package.

Euro Car parts and Car Parts for less are just two names. It is one business with the same address and the same collection point to rob people of their money under the pretext of collection charges. I ordered wiper blades for my car (Order Number: 123-00058472875) from car parts for less. The part was £8 and the collection charge was £1.99. First of all I don't understand the nonsense of collection charges when the customer has to spend his or her time and money to collect. Secondly, the part did not fit my car and I returned the item there and then. They sent me £8 back after a week but not the collection charges i.e. £1.99. Is it legally correct to charge me for something which I did not collect? On this website, they offer a bit cheaper items compared to Euro car parts but then they stealthily add £1.99 for collection charges. To me, this is not an above-board dealing. I will write negative reviews everywhere where I can to highlight this fraud. Really disappointed.

No happy to shop again ever in the future as they take the payment but they didn’t send my order and after I try to track it as I been worried for a scam my order reference doesn’t exist 😂😂😂 they scamming people

I tried to order a part for collection on Saturday that was listed as in stock. After checking out it wasn't available until the Tuesday, but I wanted it immediately or not at all. In the end I had to have a local garage do the work instead. I contacted customer services to ask to cancel the order and they said this was not possible. Rubbish.

I placed an order over a week ago and it still hasn't arrived, i've sent an e-mail chasing and had no response. My advice would be to avoid this company like the plague. Absolutely terrible service

Normally the service is excellent, however, on this occasion, it was not. I purchased a coil pack and when I got home I notice it had the words "Faulty" written on the box and upon opening the box it had been fitted before. I called the customer service line and the chap I spoke to was about as helpful as a chocolate fireguard and told me I had to take it back and they would order me a new part instead of offering to order me a replacement over the phone

Ordered on the 7thsept still haven't received yet and it's the 18th Sept, I rang customer service on the 16th said it would be here by the end of 17th Sept but still not here!!

Very bad experience I bought a injector, colection point from Oxford, they give me a open box and with a injector that was looking to be used before. When I ask them they said just take it and if is not working bring it back. Someone from there, in my opinion are replacing parts

I contacted carparts4less on the 9/9/2022 about damaged brake shoes and the only contact I've had from them is an email on the 15/9/2022 @20.20 to ask for a review.

After 4 days I ordered 9 liters of Castrol oil they and I booked a mechanic to do the oil change for me they just cancelled the order with no explanation at all and without to say sorry

Dual mass flywheel delivered to garage with only five out of six bolts. No other dual mass flywheel was available in London for this car. Replacement flywheel sent from afar that was so old and rusty, it was unbelievable - see photo. Finally, a replacement flywheel was supplied.

Have used CarParts4less many times and have been very pleased with products and delivery. Unfortunately, this time part of my order was antifreeze and so they said although I exceeded the free delivery the antifreeze couldn't be delivered to my address. So I was prepared to collect all the items from Eurocarparts until an extra charge of £1:99 was added to my bill as a collection charge. What a cheek I drive to pick up my items and then charged extra for doing so. Cancelled my whole order and had to chase CarParts4less for the full refund as they still wanted to keep the £1:99 even though I cancelled imediately.

Not used this company in years Picked up a couple of things I paid for online, Had 30 min wait in shop! And had to pay a pick up charge!! If your going to charge me to pick my paid for items up at least make it quick Very disappointed, Wil just use Amazon from now on

So I ordered a intake manifold gasket to pick up from euro car parts in leeds I went to pick it up the guy tried to give me a completely different gasket I told him it was wrong he said it's not I said it is I then got the photo up on my phone to show him and he said someone has put wrong bar code and he said there is none in stock so I get a REFUND I left the shop checked my receipt and he's refunded me 2 less took my collection fee of me when it was not my fault I went back into the store to explain about the 2 pound he said you won't get that back I said well its not my fault you have tried to give me the wrong item and don't have it in stock so I said can I speak to a manager please he said he will sort it he went to speak to his manager but the manager did not come to me he givee another recipt with my full refund on it and said it's sorted so I waited for my refund and I got 2 pound less so you charge me to pick up a item that is wrong you should be giving me 2 pound for wasting my time and fuel. I am gunna post this on facebook instagram google and report it to hmrc totally out of order robbing people off there hard earned cash when everyone is struggling out here. Absolutely fuming I am!
