“Hi, I ordered a battery and when received, the bag it was in and the outside of the battery had a lot of spilled electrolyte. Box possibly inverted during transportation.”

“Never realised its part of eurocarparts until I got to the checkout. On the plus side it was the right parts. But delivery was a joke. Charged for next day delivery 3 days later I got to the parts after being lied to by Aaron at head office insisting they were out for delivery. DHL didn't even have the delivery. I would rather take my chances with euro wrong parts at least they have the stock. Covid is not the issue. Lies from head office is the issue”

“Received wrong part but when I contacted them they sent DPD the next day to collect free of charge and have been refunded. Would have given more stars if correct part was sent in first place.”

“Happy with Products But Very Disappointed with misleading Arrival time. I paid approx £7 for next day delivery on a Saturday but did NOT receive until Monday. So I could have got free delivery instead. No apology or refund given!”

“Disappointed with delivery service paid for next day delivery ordered before cut off time on Thursday waited in all day friday for delivery. Ended up phoning to ask when I can expect delivery. To be told that couriers did not pick it up.I was put on hold then told I would receive my next day delivery payment back. I did inform them I needed the battery to get to work. I received a e nail from DHL to tell me that j can expect my delivery on Tuesday. Rang customer services again yi be told the Delivery service (DHL) do not work on Saturdays. I will not use car parts for less again .”

“Ordered a car battery that arrived within 2 days. Well packaged with this way up sign on outer. Battery in plastic bag with 2 absorbent pads. Soaking wet.Battery cells plates showing in 2 cells. Had to go out and buy distilled water to top up. Couldnt wait another few days for refund or exchange. I wont be buyingnot sealed for life battery from carparts 4 less again.”

“We received bad product but was replaced within a day and until now it's running alright so far, hopefully it should last 4 to 6 years. Car parts 4 less team's problem resolving on phone and on ground is really good. Thanks 4 being good😉”

“Set of brake pads shipped in the original box only, so due to their heavy weight the box was almost destroyed, lucky the pads didn’t get damaged or cracked. They need to be shipped in an outer box with some padding inside.”

“The trouble with buying parts online is when they don’t fit it costs more than buying local. Bought discs and pads, started to fit one only to find the pads won’t fit. Disc’s we’re to thick when measured they did not fit the description on the box. Now have to pay to send back, works out more expensive. Without the cost with having the car laid up. Beware of this trap.”

“It was a good service however one of the wheel trims had a broken plastic clip that would prevent the wheel trim being securely fitted and would fall off. Luckily I cable tied them to prevent this.”

“CarParts 4Less were very good value for money and good quality parts. However , their delivery agents DHL were absolutely appalling. My package was due for delivery on tues 9/2 but finally turned up on mon 15/2. DHL cited poor weather as their excuse , however Amazon had no problems with next-day deliveries and also the Post Office called every day. I would think twice about buying parts from CarParts 4 Less if they continue to use DHL”
