“Everything was fine in the end although I did have a bit of confusion. I payed for next day delivery on a Sunday, on the Monday I received a text saying it would arrive on Wednesday....then it came on Tuesday anyway. I was annoyed when I got the message (as I’d payed for next day) but when it came i was fairly happy again.”

“Pros: Ordering online was easy and quick delivery. Problems: Wrong timing belt even with reg number. I have emailed the company with the order reference number and after 2 days still waiting for answer how to return and get a refund. So if you want to do a job in one go and expect a quick reply from there costumer service, you may have to choose another company.”

“Average prices and slow delivery. It wasn't until after I ordered that I realised this is Euro Car Parts in disguise which I avoid at all costs due to countless incorrect parts supplied and just a poor service in general.”

“The product was fine when it arrived, Redex. I would suggest that you don't pay extra for next day delivery, because it doesn't happen!! I asked for a refund on postage, but got no reply. Will not be using again.”

“Pricing and dispatch time is second to none can't recommend enough. However if you get an issue where you require a refund you will be utterly disappointed. Chased and chased to return, after weeks of trying to email (many times) I called and was finally sent return postage details! Weeks of emails later over a period of 4 months chasing the refund and not even 1 reply to a message, absolutely shambles from a company I have genuinely spent thousands of pounds with over the years!!!! Just to note the review questions don't allow me to state refund still not received!”

“Ordered 8 Sparkplugs at the cost of £94 inc approx £5 in postage cost for 24hr via DPD.. only to recieve the jiffybag from the delivery guy already opened and one of the plugs loose from its box. thankfully all the sparkplugs present and unbroken. Have ordered from this website before without issue..Please make sure that items are properly packaged! paid enough for it tbh.”

“Items arrived quick but one is incorrect. Emailed to ask about returning it as it requests on the return instructions as I need a RAN but haven’t had a reply yet. I appreciate review emails are usually sent automatically which you can’t help. I do hope that I don’t have to pay for the return postage as the item sent it the Incorrect part and I did put my reg number Into the website. This isn’t a bad review as I like the company but just general feedback. Thanks.”

“Usually Car Parts for less has been very good. But the last two orders had an item missing and the other order had the incorrect item. I emailed regarding the missing item and never heard anything. With the incorrect item I eventually got through to customer services, who were excellent, and they re-despatched the missing item and the incorrect item. The missing item arrived but I am still waiting for the incorrect item after a week.”

“Speedy delivery. Shame a small part was missing, to attach wiper to the arm. Luckily couldn't remove old wiper so just transfered blade. Or I would have returned and complained”
