“It's OK I suppose. However I'm still waiting for 2 x shock absorbers for well over a week now. Everything else has been delivered withing 2 days. Its impossible to get in touch with them. Emailed twice now and still nothing.”

“Partial delivery recieved. Called carparts for less. Advisor told me that 2 separate deliveries were due in the same day. He didn't investigate this. In actual fact the driver did a runner after hitting a car parked opposite my house. Aware this isn't directly a concern of carparts for less but the advisor could have been more thorough. Still awaiting parts and being messed around by DHL, as the sender I believe it should be you chasing and resolving this issue not myself hence 3 stars”

“Great prices and good products, however packing is poor. Each order I have made has had at least one damaged item in it due to inadequate packing. Items are put in jiffy bags or boxes without cushioning packing.”

“Was happy with the price of products and delivery time but was unhappy to find out the parts were wrong and had previously been fitted As there was grease and debris on parts! The issue was resolved on the day I phoned and was directed to the sister company to return and exchange for correct items”

“Wrong oil sent initially. This was replaced quite simply, but I did have to wait a few more days. Replacement had leaked, only slightly but is still irritating. I would still use them again, service was fast and prices good.”

“Product works well and appears to be a competitive price for it. However I paid for next day delivery as I wasn’t going to use my car in middle of the night without working headlights. Unfortunately it took 4 days to arrive so I had to complain to get my postage refund. If they can’t honour their next day delivery, they shouldn’t be offering it.”

“They’re ok. On one hand they state “free uk delivery”. On the other, when ordering they state extra charges for Highland and Islands delivery. To be fair, I ignored this and they didn’t charge extra. The brake pads came quickly They seem to be part of Euro Car parts who are far more dear. I can’t believe a courier is cheaper and quicker to Skye compared with Royal Mail. We can order stuff from Amazon in the evening and it’s here the next day very often, via Royal Mail.”

“Bought a headlight, box came all bashed and torn, price and description was on show on the side in the "enclosed document" wasn't very happy about that. Main thing is the headlight arrived in great time but a light worried about ordering in future with them. Showing the contents and price on the side of the box.”

“I ordered a heater fan which was A the correct part & B very competitively priced so why only 3 stars? I paid extra for next day delivery so I knew it’d be here ontime for the day I had my mechanic booked to do it, it arrived at 3pm the day the mechanic was booked in!!! Fortunately he’d overrun on another job but I potentially could’ve been charged for his wasted time. There’s no point emailing Car Parts 4 Less they never reply unless you count the automated one that says “we aim to reply in 24 hours” it’s been 2 weeks! No offer of a postage refund! Call them on the phone they do answer but still no refund, if you know what you want just get standard delivery.”
