“Orderd a battery for my 2.0 mg diesel the battery came up with my reg but when received was not big enough or enough crank amps to turn the engine over so a trip to euro parts they issued me with a refund and sorted me out with the right battery would have given 5 stars if the website was correct”

“I cant comment on the item because even though the site didnt say it wasn't in stock .I was told it wasn't and I have to wait.after requiring to see if it's in stock yet I was given an email,that was really rude.”

“I received a cabin filter 507440128 for my Audi the spec said it is 300mm wide but it was made too wide it's 305mm wide. I rang Car Parts 4 less and explained was told I'd get a refund but you sent me another Crossland filter that has the same manufacturing defect, Made Too Large. IT WILL NOT FIT.”

“Delivery time,was supposed to be 3-5 working days,after 7days l had still not received the parts,had to cancel my MOT,collect the parts my self @Eurocar parts in Aldershot and re book my MOT?All the parts ordered,fitted the car as per Reg number👍”

“Order parts to service three cars - all parts showing stock and chose Economy delivery. About 2/3 of parts arrived after four days. No information about outstanding items. Contacted via chat to chase the outstanding items. After 24 hours received an email saying that remainder of order would be shipped. Remaining items were sent out via express delivery and I received it about a day later. Acceptable service, but don't trust their quoted delivery times.”

“While the costs were lower, the product did not match the delivery in as much there were no caliper guiding bolts included whereas the photo on the website showed the bolts. I have sent an email complaining and requested they forward the bolts to me.”

“First time out of about 4 purchases when I have had a problem. Sent wrong item, then replacement got delivered to a property 300m away and I only worked it out through an obscure photo of their logpile. Normally no problems.”
