“I wish CP4L would show festoon bulbs with their SIZE along with wattage and volts. This would help with ordering the correct bulb.”

“Ordered a Car Battery which although was a good price and quickly delivered, turn out to be the wrong one to what I ordered. The customer service received was good although I couldn’t return it as batteries are considered dangerous for the couriers . I therefore had to return it to my local Eurocar parts centre for a refund.”

“I am pleased with my purchase, but I made an enquiry about my order...I received a discount code as an introductory offer, but when I was completing my order at checkout, I wasn't given an opportunity to use the discount code. I asked if this discount could be applied retrospectively, but as yet have received no reply.”

“First order with you and was sent a returned item complete with return number written on box and the coil was dented. However this has been collected and a new one delivered. First contact stated all in hand but got no confermation. The second call went smoothly but was informed first contact had not actioned.”

“Never arrived as promised but due to DHL and probs not Car Parts 4 Less ‘s fault . Need to look at their carriers . Was in limbo on line and tracking no was no longer live. Re scheduled with DHL and was delivered next day .”

“Delivered on time, parcel upright however battery acid had leaked out onto the cloth packaging on top of the battery which appeared to be put there with this in mind, I would have presumed that the breather holes should have been blocked with plastic bungs to prevent this from happening during transportation. The battery indicator was showing green so I am hoping it will still give its expected performance, car has started ok since.”

“The prices and range were very good (all cleaning items). Full disclosure, I haven't used the items yet. I am using this review to point out the issues with packaging, everything was in an individual plastic bag, most of which were not reusable as they were sealed, and then boxed. None of the plastic was required. One item was even boxed separately, but presumably dispatched at the same time as they arrived at the same time. Save money on packaging, and save the plastic landfill please.”

“I supplied car parts 4 less with the correct model and year of my wife's car. The battery which I received was too large for the car's battery holder. Since I was not prepared to return the battery at my own cost and then wait another week for a replacement, my wife's Honda now has a Tupperware battery holder.”

“I ordered windscreen wiper blades after entering my registration on the website. I got 2 driver side wipers and the list of cars that the blade suited did not include my make and model. I have never yet been able to get through on the phone but I have queried the situation by email. I was advised I needed a different blade - but it looks nothing like the one I need to replace and there's been no comment on the fact they sent me 2 driver side instead of 1 driver and 1 passenger side. In the end I compared my driver side blade and managed to make the one provided fit. I now have a spare driver side and still no passenger side. I'll keep the blade and order the other one from somewhere else. Having said all that the price was good and the delivery quick.”
