Bought a wiper blade online to pickup from the Abergele store and later realised that I was given the wrong size (1 inch too long). I duly went back to the store to face a 35 minute wait (there were only 5 or 6 customers in front of me but there was only one person serving). Once served, I found that I couldn't simply swap the part, due to them not having the size I needed in that particular make. They had another make in stock but it was almost three times the price. I could get it considerably cheaper if I ordered that exact same product from them online and then pick it up, but that would mean going back to the store and possibly queuing for a long time again. I instead opted to reserve and pick up the part I neeeded from Halfords. It was much less hassle and I only had to wait a couple of minutes to be served.

Ordered a starter motor which clearly said it had 8 teeth in the fitment detail. When I collected it it had 9 teeth so no good to me. Cost me £82.75 and my refund was £76.81. They took a surcharge off me even though it wasn't my fault. I didn't even take it home with me !

Rubbish customer service, would not recommend. Do not understand on product quality and safety of customer. Only way they will understand if they are getting sued. CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS BEFORE PUTTING THEM ON YOU4 CAR!!!

Wrong type of wipers received , when I went to exchange them as requested was given refund then charged full price for other wipers. The price I paid was more expensive than Halfords and that would have included £7 fitting!

Absolutely shocking customer service! Before ordering I called to check that the light fitting I was looking to order included a bulb holder and was told it did. Ordered it only to find that when I collected it it actually did not include a bulb holder. I enquired about whether the other brand sold contained the bulb holder and was told by the assistant in store that the info wasn’t available and the only way to find out was to order it in. I did this online and was sent an email advising it would be ready to collect at 10am on the following Monday. When I made the journey to the store the following Monday I was told it hadn’t arrived but, it should be in the next day. So as to not waste another journey I called the following day to check it was in and was told it was. Arrived at the store and waited for a very long time only for the assistant to return and tell me it wasn’t there, with very few apologies. I then asked if he could find out once and for all of it did contain a bulb holder so that I could make my mind up and save any more wasted journeys. He looked on his computer (the same one that he looked on and told me it did not have the information the first time round!) and quickly told me in 60 seconds flat that it did not. I suspect he was lying & was just trying to quickly close the conversation down, as there’s simply no explanation for why he couldn’t give me that information before. I requested a refund and will never be purchasing from this place again.

Didnt appreciate the staff banging my product on the reception desk. Not very welcoming approach from him to begin with. Would recommend they were trained

Very slow click and collect. I wish had paid for delivery instead. It was collection from eurocarparts. Only 3-4 customer in front of me and 1 person only servicing. Took more than 45 to get coolant and wiper.

When I collected the rear wiper from Euro Parts, it was the wrong fitting for car. Euro Parts then sold me one from their stock, at a much higher cost to the one I purchased from Car Parts 4 Less. Again I was sold the wrong fitting wiper & after 2 attempts by Euro Parts. I asked for a refund & went to Halfords in the end, who had the required rear wiper I required

They keep sending incorrect parts. Even the garages are advising customers not to buy from here because it will cost more to find out it's a wrong part once the car is already opened. There is a serious problem here at carparts4less.

I was given wrong product inside the box. Only found out when I took it to garage, so I had to pay extra to mechanic for the first attempt.

My order was to be collected by friday 3rd Feb went to collect and on friday 3rd and the order had been cancelled that morning. Giving a date for it to be collected and it be cancelled before the end of that date isnt great for a customer as it was the only day i could collect

This is my order from Smethwick click and collect. The staff was very rude then took it out on me by giving me used scrap wipers blades. Look at pictures. I have complained to store manager, internal investigation is being conducted apparently, not heard off anyone yet.

Went to pick up my order from store a week after it arrived and they had refunded it and then would only sell it back to me for 25% more than I paid for the original order.

Insufficient staff. Took nearly 30 mins to pick up a part which had been ordered and paid for in advance.
