“Avoid this company. Supplies wrong size brake disc as 2 types avail. They didn't tell me this. Caused no end of issue's getting replacements at short notice from another supplier”

“Got the parts back to my car realised they had been opened..was on my lunch break so didn't have time to go and have them swapped. Knowing they were special order and would take a day or so to receive replacements. My car needed them as it had failed the MOT! Reported it the same day and was told I accepted them. I get that. But whey where they no checked by the staff who sent them! Would only use as a last resort!”

“Ordered a garden sprayer begining of the week, drove 12 miles to pick it up on the Friday only to be told it has been sent back and that my money would be refunded to my account. Very poor service.”

“Very very upset bought my electric screwdriver on 30th made phone calls and emails was told sorry still not got it in stock yet asked if I will definitely get one delivered was told yes then on 10th got e mail saying they canceled the order this is a terrible service why are you taking people money when you not even got the item in stock I will also be putting my thoughts on Trustpilot ? then I got sent a return request lol when I never had the item sent in first place to make it look like it’s my fault when the truth is you did not even send the item to me in first place”

“I ordered a milwaukee screw gun, it said I would receive it within 3-4 days, I ordered it two Saturdays ago, I’m an electrician by trade and the failure to deliver the product even close to on time has cost me both time and money, furthermore there was no communication and despite head office knowing they had none in stock, I had to chase up why a tool necessary for my work had not turned up even after 4 times the initial delivery time had passed”

“Actually got no problem ordering from the website problem I had was with there store which is in Acocks Green B27 Birmingham. When I went to collect the item it was handed to me with missing one of the part. On questioning was told yes it is missing. One of the guy gave me none branded which I wasn't impressed with. Couldn't get the branded part which comes with the original one so ended up get the refund. Don't trust Acocks Green branch staff always trying to swap your branded stuff that you paid for with cheap stuff”

“8 spark plugs and 2 coil packs ordered, all wrapped and sent individually. Courier lost one of the packages which were stupidly all sent individually. Turned up late. Useless and not impressed”

“They canceled my oil but sent filters. I had to cancel the service at the garage. I ordered via Ebay 2 days delivery. I did not take over the filters, I sent them back. I am now dealing with the return of the money. This has happened to me twice. Unreliable company”
