I ordered a milwaukee screw gun, it said I would receive it within 3-4 days, I ordered it two Saturdays ago, I’m an electrician by trade and the failure to deliver the product even close to on time has cost me both time and money, furthermore there was no communication and despite head office knowing they had none in stock, I had to chase up why a tool necessary for my work had not turned up even after 4 times the initial delivery time had passed
