The box had been opened previously, with dirty hand marks inside. Clearly not original tye wraps. Obviously been returned. So they ordered me a new one, a few days later it came, and it was new!!!. Let my customer down as I wasn't happy fitting the used part. When I pay for a new part I expect a new part.. Poor.

The wrong parts were sent, despite putting in the cars registration. The returns process is also slow and difficult as it is all done by post

It was click and collect order though still had to join normal queue and wait with other customers as there was no body else serving either on other tills or on click and collect counter. Which was stress by the only person serving on till. He was rude

Wrong parts sent. Tried to call to resolve but no number. Had to go in to a euro car parts branch. And purchase the missing item myself.

Avsolute rio off euro carparts charge more than car parts for less for the same thing same part number same company

Hi I went to the branch on the 12th and wait to the queue almost 20 min, then the guy told me you didn't come to collect your item and we refund the money to your account, but in my email said my last day I can collect the item is 13th. He said he can sell it to me but with normal price and no discount available for me. I asked to speak to the manager, after 5 min he said manager is very busy but now he can do it with discount for me. If I didn't ask to speak to the manager, it's mean I can't buy the item. I saw another person had an issue with them too. Totally not happy. Regards

I was sent an email to say my item was ready to pick up. Drove over an hour each way to find out it wasn't in stock. Still no apology and apparently the refund will take up to 14days.

Ordered a part not last Friday but the 1 before. Part was meant to be here on the Monday. I got an email on the Monday apologising and to expect a 4 day delivery. We're now on day 9. I called yesterday agent said she would send an email I'm still waiting for 24hrs later.

I placed order on 31 march and been given dates between 3 April to 10 April to collect which is normal. On 9 April being Sunday they sent email saying they gonna refund me as I didn’t collect when the fallowing day was last day of collection I was going to collect because of my shift pattern. They now processed refund. Don’t give dates for collection when you gonna cancel anyway. Pointless.

Hi I orderd winscreen wipers for my car on March 22st , u sent the wrong ones , I have had three attempts to return them , but the DPD courier have not been after waiting in, i am waiting for labels for DHL to pick up but not yet received them , I have bought wiper blades now dissapointed

I paid the extra £6 to get next day delivery due to needing my van back on the road asap. 3 days later I am still waiting for my order. I think a refund for the delivery is very much in order. Not good service. 😡

Wipers advertised at one size, when collected you get a different size and then get charged double for right size? Customer service resolved and cannot fault

I will never buy from here again I bought suspension for my car with a discount code and it turned out to be the wrong suspension so my car was in the garage on the ramps all weekend I had to return the suspension and get the right one for my car and got charged the full amount it's a scam to get you to buy from them they give me the suspension based on my registration number il also be letting everyone on the car forums know to stay clear

Bought a wiper blade online to pickup from the Abergele store and later realised that I was given the wrong size (1 inch too long). I duly went back to the store to face a 35 minute wait (there were only 5 or 6 customers in front of me but there was only one person serving). Once served, I found that I couldn't simply swap the part, due to them not having the size I needed in that particular make. They had another make in stock but it was almost three times the price. I could get it considerably cheaper if I ordered that exact same product from them online and then pick it up, but that would mean going back to the store and possibly queuing for a long time again. I instead opted to reserve and pick up the part I neeeded from Halfords. It was much less hassle and I only had to wait a couple of minutes to be served.

Ordered a starter motor which clearly said it had 8 teeth in the fitment detail. When I collected it it had 9 teeth so no good to me. Cost me £82.75 and my refund was £76.81. They took a surcharge off me even though it wasn't my fault. I didn't even take it home with me !

Rubbish customer service, would not recommend. Do not understand on product quality and safety of customer. Only way they will understand if they are getting sued. CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS BEFORE PUTTING THEM ON YOU4 CAR!!!
