“Product wasn't packaged very well resulting in the can being dented and plastic lid being broken. The product however was still usable and is a great product - sets quickly and is very solid.”

“Not very pleased, the passenger N/S blade wouldn’t fully connect and clear the windscreen, had to put the old blade back on ☹️”

“Used their Registration Number parts finder service to find wiper blades for Qashqai. Unfortunately the ones I chose do not fit the Qashqai, this is clear on the Bosch website, so why not on CP4L?. On a positive, they organised a FOC DPD pickup and the correct blades have been ordered”

“not a problem with Car Parts 4 Less but poor delivery as DHL emailed and text to say delivery would be before end of day 31st December 2020 but had email to say could not deliver as no one was home (1215), although i was at home all day and checking my CCTV no van called between 1200-1400, on contacting DHL was told it was returned to the depot fer re-delivery on 4th January 2021, this took 9 day for delivery even with New Years day in that should not tack that long, this left the vehicle stuck on the drive unable to be used. Complaint's were made to Car Parts 4 Less and DHL.”

“No problem with car parts 4 less. Delivery of part was rubbish. I was informed by DHL by text they tried to deliver item but nobody was home. I was home all day. I had to cancel my garage appointment”

“I ordered 2 poor boys glass cleaner at a very reasonable price. Bought these as presents for Christmas as bought myself one and found it a good product. The parcel delivery was prompt but on opening package I received just one spray nozzle for the 2 bottles. I emailed Car Parts 4 Less but days later have had no reply. Shame that competitive price and quick delivery have to be overshadowed by poor after sales experience. It frustrates me that companies provide an email address but then fail to reply to customer feedback.”

“Excellent delivery, safely packed, trouble was the battery was no good when my son in law went to fit it for me, so I now have to return it, not good over Christmas. They had exact details of car too.”

“Products arrived late, I appreciate this was most likely due to the courier however i paid for next day delivery which took 3 working days. I also am awaiting a 20% refund of my order as when i applied the discount code it did not take it off the total amount.”

“Pros: Order was right. Came quickly. Cons: no dispatch email. Dpd left it on my doorstep could of got stolen, if it was stolen I would of had no acknowledgement of delivery.”

“You can’t beat the price, but be wary of re-sealed boxes. Last few big orders I have received re-packaged faulty goods. To get a replacement you then have to go through a lengthy returns process to to a get a refund.”

“Great price but tracking data never available until collected by courier and it always seems to show as despatched the day before it actually is. Frustrating to show as despatched when in fact it's sitting in the warehouse for another 24 hours. Looks good though for the seller.”

“great prices and service but i paid extra for next day delivery and didn't get it. you have to order before 4pm but they don't tel you that when you order and my order was at 4-10pm. customer service not really helpful with this, just told me i was too lateand basically hard luck.”
