“I bought 3 small items which were delivered over the course of 2 days? One of the adblue was leaking as you could see this in the sealed bag. This is not the first time products have been delivered like this, but the hassle of returning for the price of the product seems like more of my time would be wasted.”

“Website offered discount for signing up to their website. I never received such discount. False advertising? Also, one of my ordered items arrived with minor damage. Poor show overall. The actual products are good. I might not use this company again due to false offer.”

“The website decided to confuse the billing address and delivery address which required two calls to correct the error. Then, the next day delivery wasn't next day (due to the courier company) which Carparts4less refunded. A little hassle, but sorted in the end. I suppose you get what you pay for.”

“Part arrived pretty quickbut i specifically ordered it from CP4L as it was listed as Valeo part. The part i got wasnt a mainstream brand. I feel like i ordered a steak and got a burger. Probably wont use them again”

“I order a back car light for only £38.50 far cheaper than the scrap yard quoted. The item was to be delivered for free until I click the order and found that it was deemed to be a large packaged costing £5.50. When it was delivered I could see why it cost so much It was a very large filled with bubble with a much smaller box a tenth of the size within . The box that contained the light was adequate for the journey and contained buffer protection in side.”

“Ordered my bits I wanted said free next day delivery it didn't happen one part came 2 days later and the other 4 days later had to email you to fiind out what was going on they told me they had sent the items out in two different packages why I don't know they could have let me know as I thought one was missing but at least I got them”

“Good prices and fast delivery, but my order has been messed up a bit, which I have noticed just when I was about to clean my car. Instead receiving 2x auto rite Just the Tonic and 2xAutobrite purple rain, I have received 3x autobrite just the tonic and autobrite crystal...now I have to go to Halfords and try to find a iron fallout remover myself.”
