“I would have given more stars if it weren’t for the fact that it took 11 days for 2 tiny headlight bulbs to come. This I think is poor. As far as the items I will say fitted and so far working fine. For the price can’t grumble it’s just the delivery time I mean 11 days”

“I saw the advert published by Car Parts 4 Less on my I pad for car parts I was loooking for at that time. I decided to place an on line order since the parts suited my requirements and were offered with a discount which reduced the price by around £6.00. I paid for my purchase when placing my order and used the facilities of PayPal. I received confirmation of my payment with a transaction number. At the time of my purchase I created an account with Car Parts 4 Less ,,, over the next two days I received two e mails asking me to pay for the goods. I telephoned the company about this and was advised the goods had been dispatched . Leaves questions about administrative procedures and even integrity .”

“Pros: Cheap, fairly decent choice, quick returns. Cons: The Vehicle REG Number lookup gave me the correct vehicle but the parts ordered did not fit the vehicle.”

“Ordered a part but out of stock with this company. They emailed back to say they had tried to source it from other suppliers but they were unable to get it. I ordered direct from Climair UK and the part arrived next day!!!”

“The battery is fine. The issue was delivery - I paid extra for next day delivery but the next day, having waited in all day I got a text at 4:30 that it would be delivered 2 days later! They refunded the extra charge but really not good enough”

“Arrived with battery acid spilt all inside and I had to be extremely careful opening the box and taking the battery out of the bag. It took me time to carefully clean the acid. Battery worked well though.”

“Ordered wiper blades for both my cars front and rear when they turned up there was only 5 in the box the numbers that was on the receipt provided did not match with the numbers to the chap that I spoke to you this was not replaced told me I can reorder it and have to pay postage”

“i pay for next day delivery, they delivered after two days. this delivery people not saying time, they are telling only in between 9am to 6pm. we cant track them. we have to be there all day at home. thats reason i missed one day also. anyway i got ghe item. thank you.”

“I bought a car battery online but my friend had bought me one. I rang to cancel mine and the gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful. I immediately received an email confirming the cancellation but a week and a half later am still waiting for a refund. I have emailed them and been told they are dealing with my enquiry.”

“The parts arrived in 2 parcels and disappointed because I made 1 order and received them in different days which is not convenient as is delivery through DHL and if you are not home they don't deliver which is inconvenient.”
