“Parts excellent value and delivered when said. Returning unused arts becoming an issue as have to get an RMA number but a week later still no response. Company did say there may be a delay but a week on withbsilence is frustrating.”

“Good value for money, but terrible customer service. Paid £7 extra for delivery on certain date and got my order 2 days later, contacted customer service few times for refund on delivery, no response at all. Overall not bad, but won't be shopping with them again.”

“Brilliant service, quick and not bad prices but it all goes wrong if there's a problem, can't get through on live chat, and emails don't get answered for weeks so 5 stars for the first bit then 0 for the second”

“The delivery was swift. My only complaint was that it was ridiculously over packed using huge amounts of plastic. The actual items were wrapped inside swaths of plastic bubble wrap which then required a huge box to contain it all. It's not as if they were fragile either. In fact the items were already in boxes themselves and really just required a stamp on them.”

“Generally ok but they could not deliver the whole order direct because of the weight. Had to go through the local store then delivered from there? However no emails or info at time of purchase to say this or to update me. Could do better.”

“After paying extra for next day delivery in plenty of time for it, they text me the next morning (Friday) to say that delivery would be Monday. That’s not next day.... I rearranged again for the actual Friday...”

“Restable prices but bad on warranty if the part is defected , return is difficult and they ignore your email despite repeated requests .Battery under warranty for 5 Ys ,did not last 2 year, repeated emails ignored , I gave up and bought a new one from Eurocarparts at local branch .”

“Kit arrived reasonably promptly but it would have been nice to know that the two items were not to be delivered at the same time or even on the same day. I also asked that if I was out that they could deliver to the house opposite. It was left at my front door.”

“Good price for the part. Ordered Friday morning and paid £4.95 for next day delivery. Turned up the following Tuesday. As I say very good price which is why I didn’t make an issue of the delivery time but not a good reflection. I would have just waited and saved myself 5 quid if I’d know it wouldn’t be next day”

“Quick delivery but massive overkill with the packaging which was very unnecessary. Why deliver a windscreen wiper separately to the main order, and put it on its own in a separate cardboard box.”
