Ordered 6 items, in the 1st delivery I received 1 parcel 2 items. Two days later in the 2nd delivery I received 3 parcels of 3 items. As of 3 days since last delivery I still have not received the 6th item. Why can they not deliver all the items in one delivery, it must be costing a fortune with all the separate deliveries. The reasons I use CP4L are if I'm not in a hurry for the parts and their prices are cheaper that EuroCarParts.

The items that I purchased where of very poor quality. The lid broke off the bucket the first time I used it and the pressure bottle doesn’t hold its pressure and leaks (it is therefore useless). Best of all the grit guards. Supposed to sit at the bottom of your bucket but no these ones float and are therefore useless

I placed a order over the Easter and received only part of it. This was anti freeze and summer coolant The manual is still outstanding.The good thing is that you apologised for the delay so I wait for the order to be completed.

My ordering experience was quite a mixed one. The screenwash I bought was really great value and quality and in that respect, the best and perfect part of my experience. However, my order was not dispatched for 3 weeks which I think is longer than normal, even in the current difficult times. It was very difficult to get hold of anybody to help with my order as the phone line disconnects automatically after 17 and a half minutes waiting and the live chat also had problems where it would automatically disconnect after a certain amount of time waiting meaning I'd have to rejoin the queue. I managed to get through to someone on 3 occasions but I only got the help needed the final time. The first time I was simply told to wait another 5 days in case the delay resolves itself. I found out the second time I called, more than 2 weeks after ordering, that it hadn't even shipped, meaning the order got lost in the warehouse and action needed to be taken there. I was told I'd have a reply in 2 days about the status of my order but a week passed and I had no response. Only when I got in touch again 3 weeks after ordering did the person I speak to actually take action and resubmit the order to the warehouse. Thankfully, this person was extremely helpful and made sure the order arrived 2 days after contact. In conclusion, the prices and product quality is brilliant and, when things go without problems (like your order getting lost in the warehouse after being picked), Car Parts 4 Less is brilliant. However this time it seemed that when things go wrong, they're a bit more difficult to right. Eventually things got resolved and I was happy with my order but it was far from easy and stress free. I spent ages trying to contact support and I think if I hadn't, I would never have received my order.

If the product had been delivered I may well be giving a review, however, I don’t have it so I cannot review it!!!
