Quick delivery, everything accurate and good quality apart from the interior car cleaning pad which arrived without any plastic covering, so could have been used and it may have been drier than it should.

£1.99 to pay for the privilege to queue in the rain outside local Europarts store for 20 minutes. That was so much fun! A worthy addition to the online shopping experience.

Part worked but was disappointed to receive something that had clearly been opened, tried, scratched, returned to you and then sent out to me at full price … didn’t have a choice but to use it

Parts ok, don’t see why we should have to pay a collection charge when I could of had it delivered for free but couldn’t wait so had to pay!

Was told that orders over £30 have free postage. Ordered a headlight for £120 and had to pay £14.95 postage.

Quick delivery but you couldn't put everything in one bag? I was handed the parts individually and the invoice was quite wet since it was raining that day.

Parts arrived on time but bulbs were incorrect, I emailed them and they sent 2 replacement bulbs within 3 days but they were identical to the first ones sent. Ended up buying the ones I needed from a garage and giving the originals away.

Ordering the oil filter was straight forward fast and quickly That's where the positive stops I at to collect the oil filter from my local Euro parts supplier in Strood Kent I got there and was behind 2 people both of the customers wanted batteries the first customers waited and waited then the ONLY GUY in the store came to the counter and said its the wrong battery let me look 20 minutes later came back and said sorry we have not got the right battery the customer wasn't happy and walked out the other customers that were now behind me asked any chance of someone giving you a hand mate ?? Which tge man replied no need I can cope so next customer I can't believe it exactly the same thing 20 minutes later came back and said sorry we don't have your battery where tge man swore at tge man and walked out with 2 other guys who were behind me so I was next 10 miniutes later he came back gave me my oil filter which was the right one but 50 minutes wait is unacceptable will pay tge extra postage next time for delivery Complete joke

Not a great service. Never received anything to say when the order was ready for collection. I had been told 2 different dates for collection in emails also. Order wasn’t ready for 3 days even though the parts were in stock.

I bought a particular brand of anti-freeze which I needed straight away. I was happy to collect form my local Euro Car Parts (they're the same company) but less than happy to be charged a £2.00 'surcharge' for collection - odd way to do business IMO

The service was great and the part was ready to collect within 24 hours. However I bought an alternator for my 2005 Toyota Yaris and it did not fit. The main body of the alternator was the same as the old one, but the fly wheel to take the belt was much narrower, risking the belt falling off! Probably not CP4's fault, but annoying.

Unfortunately parts dont fit specification not accurate enough so purchased from the wipercompany instead one fit.

The parts were not in stock, so took a good few days to be delivered. The Pagid drums were good quality and a good price. However, I would have been happy to click and collect, but it costs £1.99! They charge you for the privilege of saving them the trouble of delivering to you! Ridiculous.

Not as competitive price wise now you have to spend a minimum of £30 for free postage. Had to send an item back as it was incorrect, how a picker mistakes a waist high carbon filter for an oil filter is beyond me
