“Ordered new rear light for car , on receiving the collection details and time for pick up , I proceeded to euro parts where I was informed that part hasn’t arrived yet , wasn’t until next day it arrived,wasted 2 hours and garage was waiting to fit part”

“I have used Carparts4less many times without problems, however this time the box the cambelt kit was in was open and taped up, the belt had some oily finger marks on it but all the parts were there. If I had more time to repair my vehicle I would have returned the parts. A bit disappointed with them this time.”

“Always get the parts I need at a discounted rate and usually get the parts delivered. Most recent order I opted for collection and upon paying noticed I had been charged £1.99 for collection. This seems very wrong to be charged for collection as I am the one going out my way to collect the part and use my fuel, very cheap of CarParts4Less to do this, would of been a 5-star rating otherwise.”

“An ok service this time but a bit disappointed in 1 of the item being in stock when ordered and then 5 days letter getting a message that it wasn't available. found it in stock at a local Eurocar parts who usually end up delivering parts to me. Customer services weren't very helpful with poor English in the response that didn't even answer the query.”

“I was offered a discounted price after I had already paid the original price which was quite annoying. Then the delivery company dropped the items off at the wrong address and I had phone up and find out where it was. Not a great experience all told!”

“Euro car part and carpartforless is the same company trading with different names and different prices on their website. Carpartforless charges customers for collections which is very bad. I dont like it. So watch out for that. Thanks”
