“Long wait to collect and extra charges for collecting stuff don’t why know if stuff is sitting in the shop already.”

“Ordering very easy. Ordered brake discs and pads. Discs were correct but pads were incorrect for car. Returning was easy but having to wait up to 7 days for refund is a bit long”

“While the parts prices are quite cheap the £2 surcharge for the pleasure of travelling 14 miles to pick them up is stupid when you post them at no charge. The extra delay in pickup times means I can also usually get parts same day at the same price from the same location, such is your 'discount' system.”

“The FRAM fuel filter purchased had a diameter some 2mm smaller than that of the original Ford component it was meant to replace. The result was that the filter was loose in the cradle fixing it to the vehicle's body and it required the fabrication of sleeving to ensure that the new filter was firmly attached. Given the challenging location of the filter on the vehicle, this was an unwelcome feature of what should have been a relatively simple workshop job!”

“The actual price and quality of the parts was fantastic. The waiting time at the collection point (euro car parts) was horrendous. Only one person was manning the collection point and despite there only being 3 people in front of me I was waiting 50 minutes in the store!”

“The delivery was by the local EuroCarparts. Because no one was in they called me and I managed to pick up the brake calipers from them. The hassel was with the return of the old calipers. I called CarParts4Less to ask for a return, and the phone operator was like he has no mood for anything. He was messing about the "data protection act" asking question over question... Until when I hang up. I called the local EuroCarparts and they sorted out for me the refund and the return. I think the phone operator was well overdoing his job. This is why I'm giving 3*”

“Wipers arrived with a part missing to attach to my car (I had three wipers and two had this part). Sent an email and never heard back. Do you know what a wiper you can't attach to your car is good for? ....”

“My order was cheaper here than other places and the buying process was simple. However, the courier company DHL failed to make the experience a good one .3 times the delivery failed to arrive on three separate days with a all day time span. This meant i had to contact Car Parts 4 less many times to chase the delivery and was on the verge of cancelling”

“Good cheap parts. However i paid for quick delivery twice they said they'd deliver it and twice it never arrived. I wound up having to pick it up from Euros myself. I know its only £5 but if you pay to have something delivered I shouldn't wind up picking it up myself. Realistically I'd like my 5er back.”

“Cheap! However order online, they charged me the wrong amount, I complained they changed the amount however zero correspondence or acknowledgement from them. Parts however were delivered quickly.”

“You need to update your order system as it still says processing and I fitted it at weekend. Despite 2 customer service chats. The image I attached was captured whilst filling this feedback 1300 on 2nd August 21”

“Never used this site before, however the part i required was in stock. It arrived very quickly, however the box was really badly damaged and had clearly already been opened. The part itself was covered in greasy thumb prints but was un-used. There was also discarded cigarette packaging inside the box which I dont think was meant to be there. However I can say the part has been fitted and it is working perfectly. Had it been something more sensitive like some electronics I would be more concerned over the condition.”

“A/c condenser unit for BMW. Easy sale and good price but damaged in transit even though packed well. Able to unwarp a twist and fit it as I couldn’t be bothered with a return. Would prefer I damaged goods 1st time round.”
