“£2 to be able to collect my online purchase was a bit of a liberty. I wonder what it costs to get it delivered. Either way, a liberty.”

“Other than the prices and handling from customer service complaints department, it’s one of the worst experiences I had. Ordered over £80 worth of products and was still being charged a delivery fee although the website says free delivery over £40. I decided to pay for next day delivery as I’m being charged anyway. However after emails and phone calls to find where my delivery was, 2 days later product still didn’t arrive. I ended up going in store and collecting my items and was told by the staff I can’t get a refund for my delivery charge and will need to contact customer service. Once I contacted customer service they solved my refund immediately. However the whole experience was a complete disgrace. It’s quite important to mention, Carparts4less are actually eurocarparts for those that didn’t know”

“Ok, so another eurocarparts spin off. Fine it's cheaper. Ordered idler pulley tensioner. Not only did wrong brand turn up in the box, it was used and faulty and a brand that euros don't even carry. Even bloke in Euros when I collected was shocked. So 24 hours later I went back to collect only for them to have sent another one of a different brand again 🤣 this one wasn't faulty though so I just took it an ran.”

“Quality part but unfortunately the battery terminals were to small so had to return to a branch as won't collect battery refunded fine, could have been avoided with more detail part information and a link to the adaptor parts they sell that would have allowed the battery to fit.”

“Very frustrating as all parts ordered were shown in stock for next day collection. Based on the parts being available next day, the garage kept my car on their ramp to carry out the work as soon as I arrived with them. The following morning after placing the order I called the pick up point to confirm the parts were there, only to be told that my order could not be completed for at least 3 days. At no point did anyone contact me with this information and had I not called then I would have had a completely wasted journey to collect them. Excellent prices but poor communication.”

“Delivery very quick and price very competitive. The only problem is they don't know anything about the product. I have a issue with wiring diagram that does not match with hardware and they could not help. I was told to contact the manufacturer . After 7 days of contacting manufacturer still waiting for them to resolve problem. Quick delivery but no technical support”

“Seems too good to be true. My only concern is, where are the items coming from, and why are they not cross-referenced with vehicle number plates. If these issues were to be addressed, I would give 5☆ as prices overall are FANTASTIC!”

“Parts are OK, it's the sale issue I always have a problem with, it's never a true sale just some BS marketing strategy, even when it says 50% off they just doctor up the prices prior so you always end up paying about the same. They have now introduced a £1.99 collection charge which makes no sense at all.”

“The product was excellent at a good price but I had to wait around 20 minutes as the 3 people in front of me like me had used click and collect then decided they all wanted extra goods which meant the only person serving had to go source the extra bits then double invoice them etc taking up the extra time. By the time I got to the counter I was done within 3 minutes, it left me thinking was that worth the long wait..... probably not! Very frustrating!! With hind sight would I go through that again ? ............NO”
