“Still awaiting refund of my order”

“I was told my parts would be ready to be collected on Saturday after 10.00, I turned up about 11.00 to find that one of the items was not there, I was then kept waiting for half an hour while they searched the warehouse for the missing part. As it couldn’t be found they said they would get another one and deliver it on the following Monday which they did. I paid £1.99 for collection and the travelling and waiting was a least 1 hour, not only that I couldn’t change the suspension arms that weekend as planned not very good service for the £163 I had spent.”

“Had a few orders not turn up and delivered late, normally blamed on the romford branch who they assigned the order too. When calling they are helpful on the phone, however most times I have no see the action actually occur. Also ask for feedback, then they do not reply!”

“I ordered commercial batteries with next day delivery ,took half day off work to recieved them. Waited for two hours ,then called to see what has happened to my order to be told that DPD could not deliver as batteries are to heavy . I had to wait until Saturday to collect the order myself a 30 mile trip . Delivery charge was refunded ,if I was told in the first place I would not have minded. No communication at all by carparts until I called . Hence the low rating .”

“I am still awaiting my refund please confirm it has been sent I was told it would be automatic. I have not however received any notification so some confirmation would be needed thank you”

“I order parts for my car and paid collection charge , but they send me wrong one , I took them back to return waited 30 minute it was only one person on the counter and long queue then I went second day to rerun guy said you don’t get collection charge refund , I told him this not my mistake you give ring parts . But he said still we don’t refund collection charge.”

“I made an order from CarParts4Less website and the order did not arrive for more than 10 days despite paying express delivery. After contacting them, I had to go to the local eurocarparts store to collect the item. I still do not know why the item was not delivered for more than 10 days.”

“the driver put the parts outside my house and left the invoice in my letter box but if i was a person or lived in a neighbourhood where things go missing or i was dishonest then you would be sending me out a new one out to my address specially as i never said anything about leaving the items outside my house”

“Not a great experience if I'm honest. Had to chase the order twice after being advised that since it was being delivered from a local Euro Car Parts store it wasn't possible to track it via my online account. Eventually delivered 3 days late, although it was the wrong part. Contacted CarParts4Less and determined it would be best if I contacted the store directly. Store advised they would need to order the correct part and I would need to visit the store to exchange the parts! Quite a painful process overall.”

“Waited 5 working days for a standard delivery that never came and I’m the end had to go and get it at at 8am on the same morning my car was boxed in to be repaired which was a 30 min drive to eurocarparts Liverpool. I even called them the morning prior and they ensured me it would be delivered that day.”

“Thermostat did not fit the car is 2.8mm smaller in diameter than the stock one. This was specified after using their number plate reg parts service. All fluid leaked out round thermostat housing when put together. As 2.8mm diameter difference is not visually obvious.”

“Ordered brake discs based on car make,model and all other details. But their system suggestion were completely wrong, discs are incorrect size and don't fit at all. So be aware and do multiple checks if it fits.”

“I have to say I was disappointed with my experience. I was outraged at the idea of paying £1.99 for the privilege of picking my order up. On top of this the brake shoes, which were the main part of the order were not right for the car despite using the vehicle registration number. Looking on the bright side I don’t think they charged me another £1.99 to return them! Don’t think I’ll use them or euro car parts again sadly.”
