Terrible website, not easy to use on phone but ok on computer. Collection Service extremely slow. 3rd time I’ve been in last month and each time takes at least 30 mins to collect. I would definitely not use business if there was an alternative.

I placed an order with Car Parts 4 Less on items that were showing in stock. My local Euro Car Parts branch (Stockport) were assigned the order to be fulfilled. A week had passed I didn’t receive any part of my order nor was I advised of any issues with any of the items. I called the branch to enquire about my order as I had still not received any of it, to be told that they have all the items in ready to go except for 1, because of this reason, they couldn’t deliver any part of my order. I asked them to cancel the 1 item from the order and deliver the rest to which they said they can’t do (which to be honest is ridiculous) and said that I would have to wait. I then asked them how long it would it take for the 1 item to arrive, to be told that it’d take another 2/3 days which immediately infuriated me (no apology or anything at this point either). Fair enough, I thought I waited this long, so just persevere. 2/3 days had passed now it’s been almost 2 weeks, I call the branch back due to no delivery of my order or any update to find that, this item (Antifreeze) has still not arrived from the warehouse to the branch in order for the branch to deliver my order. I asked the branch at this point why they can’t just cancel the 1 item and send me the rest of the order I had paid for, to which the response was that they couldn’t do that due it being an order from Car Parts 4 Less. At this point I mentioned, okay I’ll call customer services and tell them to either remove the item or cancel the entire order. As soon as I said this MIRACULOUSLY, I was told that they can in fact remove the item from the order and deliver the rest of the order. This had got my blood boiling, the FACT that the branch COULD HAVE done this but chose not to in the first instance is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE (probably because I ordered it online). I asked them in regards to getting a refund on the cancelled item, even then they couldn’t answer the question properly. I didn’t get confirmation of any refund up until I rang customer services about the matter who must’ve in turn got in touch with the branch. I mean come on seriously? I don’t get what the matter or issue is when ordering online for the branch to fulfil, you’re one business in its entirety operating under 2 trading names. The bottom line all goes into one pot. I found the entire process of this transaction, customer journey and experience very poor. My recommendation would be to retrain the colleagues in the branch around how to fulfil, amend and refund parts of an order that is sent through by Car Parts 4 Less to branch and also train them on the business model.

Disappointed to say the least, Have already left a goggle review. I've been a customer for years, i made a purchase before christmas. I received an email saying items are ready for collection, I wasn't able to collect so asked a freind to collect to which she was told its not in stock come back next day, she returned the next day be told the same thing. I then asked for delivery as I've payed a freind time and fuel money to be told cannot help. I live approximately 2 miles away from the Rustington branch. I have now cancelled the order, ordered elsewhere and received from elsewhere the very next day and still waiting for my refund from car parts for less/euro car parts. Jokers

Ordered a coil spring fitted next day after much effort!! Looked up spring part number after fitting because so difficult to fit & found out it was for a completely different car!! Thanks now got to do job again Euro Wrong Parts

Ordered online and told to collect 2 days later. Got to the store and told item was not in stock and to come back in 3 days once it was transferred from another store. Wasted my time and fuel!!!!! Cancelled complete order and told I couldn't get a refund for the part missing till it came in. Week and a half later still waiting for my refund for the item missing.

Would of been very nice if you'd of told me I couldn't of collected my item for 2days... I wouldn't of purchased from you! Lesson learned I won't use you again..

I put the registration in for some windscreen wipers and selected without any issues, however, when they arrived they did not fit my car. I called and spoke to a lady, who at time time seemed very helpful. She told me I could go to my local europarts centre and do a straight swap for the correct wipers. She then put me on hold and said she would double check they were in stock and would ensure they were out ready for my arrival. When I got there, the staff member had no idea what I was talking about and told me I could not do a straight swap and nobody from you company had been in contact as this was not their policy (which was then confirmed by the manager). They said they would have to refund me the old wipers and then have to buy the new wipers. I initially thought this was not be a problem, until I was told I’d have to pay an extra £10 for the wipers as they did not honour any online discount! I was told I could arrange to have new ones delivered if I ordered them direct from you again, but it would take at last another 3/4 working days! I went out of my way to drive to another town (for which I got stuck in a lot of traffic) do what I thought would be a straight exchange and it turned into a complete nightmare, due to misinformation. I will not be using this service again unfortunately!

No signage to confirm the whereabouts. very frustrating to find. The item had an expiry date, but when arrived at this date was told there was a time expired also which wasn't stated.

Absolutely shocking service, received the wrong parts, realised once the breaks were off had to put everything back together to be told I couldn't do a straight swap for the correct item, I had to pay full instore price for the correct item and had a partial refund on the items I received in error.

Paid extra for a lemforder part and when went to collect it from euro car parts they gave me a cortecto one and told me it’s the same when it’s a poorer quality and cheaper than what I paid. After being in there for 30 minutes for a simple click and collect I got a refund. Waste of time. Euro car parts (sister company) always painful experience use them as last resort

I ordered car parts from CP4L during the Black Friday period. The parts were all showing as in stock at the point of placing the order and making the payment. Due to CP4L refusing to deliver the entire order because one of the items (Copper Grease) being considered Hazardous (the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of!), I was forced to pick it up in person from my local Euro Car Parts store. Well, the reason for ordering from CP4L in the first place was due to repeated bad experiences with Euro Car Parts in the past (also being aware that these are both one and the same company). It was confirmed that my order would be ready for the next day (Saturday) for pickup. I left it over the weekend and went to the store early on Monday morning. Past bad experiences repeated itself: 1. I stood in a queue for roughly 25 minutes waiting while only one customer was being tended to - this is due to only one out of the three pay points being manned. I have never seen any of the other pay points being manned before, however their back office is full of employees ever wondering about having better things to do than serving the customers in the shop front. 2. When I finally reached the front of the queue, my order was not ready as I understood from the e-mail confirmation that it would be and I was made to stand to the side waiting even longer. After another 20 minutes or so my ordered items were assembled on the counter but one item was short. I was told that the item was out of stock and that it would need to be ordered. So I agreed to return later that day to pick up the outstanding ordered item and left having wasted my time! Whatever you have going on at your Euro Car Parts store at Isleworth is not working - it is a shame! Your online ordering process is a shambles! Will I ever return as a customer now that I know Car Parts 4 Less is as bad as Euro Car Parts? Only time will tell...

Paid for next day delivery as needed item urgently. Due to be delivered by local depot. Just rang for update to be told that all staff gone home and i wont be getting it today! Fuming!!
