“Quick service when you’re a buyer. Very difficult to contact when there’s a problem. On hold for over two hours,still waiting for a refund nearly a month on. Live chat not very live.”

“Due to covid 19 I can accept that there will be a delay with the delivery. Maybe an email to let me know would be good to keep me upto date with the delivery.”

“I fully understand the difficulties experienced by internet sales companies and delivery problems. However, this does not excuse the poor customer service provided by this company! A failure to highlight delivery issues at point of sale, not responding to email enquires on progress of that sale and not answering the phone to customer services queries.....however you still manage to answer the sales lines. Thank you, the order finally was delivered almost 4 weeks after you took my money and did not update me once during that period. I will be reluctant to place future orders whilst the memories of this one remain....”

“Only received one of the two items so far and not able to contact them as phone keeps me on hold. Know the current climate will delay things but I haven't had any notification that the deliveries would be split. Also sent an email but other than the generic notification I have had no response.”

“The website is good. The prices are very competitive but the communication needs to improve. I was told my parcel was on its way. It did arrive today!!! But half of my order was missing. At no point was this communicated to me!! I looked at the delivery note and this said other items to follow!! Can't understand why I was not sent am email to tell me this? Poor customer communication”

“Received my order today by DHL. Ordered 12 days ago although take two days off for Easter and they delivered by the estimated time, 10 days. Happy with that.”

“I understand that times are difficult at the moment due to the current lock down so delivery times and stock can be an issue But surely communication should be a little better than non-existent Considering with Technology we have, I would have just appreciated someone to give me some feedback on my order no email saying dispatched Orders been over 10days now no one has contacted me still haven’t received the whole order So not sure what’s going on”

“So, the delivery took a couple of weeks, but they did warn me about that when I ordered. However, the parts that arrived weren't as advertised. Ordered some Starline boot struts and got some by "ROC". You might argue it's one aftermarket part for another, but it's still not what I thought I was getting. They fit fine but feel a bit weak. For thirty-odd quid I can't be bothered to argue about it.”

“Waited patiently for 15 days to receive half of my order (oil/filter). Website account states that I haven't any orders to track? Contacted customer service twice and, unfortunately, now the their computer system is down so they have no idea whether the rest of my order is on its way or has been mislaid. Tried buying another filter from elsewhere but no one will sell one to me over the counter, during this covid 19 crisis. My VW Main Dealer won't service the car - finally found someone prepared to change the oil tomorrow but I can't get the parts, anyway - snookered! If the parts can't all be delivered and tracked then CP4less should not take the order.”
