Delivery was so late and delayed Price wasn't so good eather to be honest

Having ordered the parts for delivery i still haven't received them , massaged customer service as regards to when i will receive yhem , still no answer, had ti cancel my mechanic, not happy😠

Finding the parts online and for a good price was really good and very easy. However when it came to getting the order delivered apparently an exhaust back box is classified as dangerous goods. (Rrally!!!!!)

Order email said would be available for collection from 12th April and they would hold it for 7 days. No email to say they were ready to collect earlier but email on 15th April to say I did not show so they have refunded me?

Not accurate discreption on website about item suggested wrong parts for my car as I'm not expert reli totally on website which is west of my time and money have to return the item and have to wait for my refund

Ordered a new car battery, at a cost of over £30 and was therefore eligible for free delivery as per previous battery orders. At checkout discovered that I had to pay extra for specialist delivery, why is this happening? The battery had to be collected at my expense from a local outlet.

Great parts and quick enough to collect only part that lets it down is the time you have to wait in euro parts as there extremely slow and always business not enough staff

Lucky I wasn't in a hurry for the oil as the delivery was longer than I expected. It would have been a lot quicker to go and pick it up

Waited 8 days for the delivery of break discs and pads. Awoid if you need parts asap

I paid a premium for a Hella coil pack, but a cheaper version arrived. Due the car not working I was forced to use the sent item. It worked just fine, but it is annoying to be charged for the premium product and yet you are sent the cheaper version. I can’t be bothered with contacting them to try and get either the difference refunded or the correct item sent to me.

Nothing wrong with the parts or price but was served by a young person who when asked for a receipt told me abruptly that receipts were not issued for contactless payments and promptly left the customer area seemingly to avoid any further discussion

If they are the same company as eurocar parts so why can they both have the same prices and collections be immediate when collecting for eurocarparts stores

When I went to the collection point they had deleted my order even though I was there within the time frame of collection. I was told the products had been sent back and if I wanted them I wouldn’t get the same price as what I paid online. I had to argue with the staff for nearly an hour before getting my order.

I’m being generous as the part works as required. But the top Lug had been snapped off. Wasn’t even in the box. Luckily I live next door to an engineer who fashioned a part to clamp it in place. Needed to replace as needed the car. Given it’s a £345 part, not what I would expect! It will make me think twice before using your services again, however if a partial refund was offered as a gesture of good will, preventing the nuisance of having to replace the part again, then this would help remedy the issue. This is the second headlamp I have purchased with you, first one was in one piece and all good. Shame the second wasn’t the same.

Not happy with service as employee did put discount on exchange part even when asked at the counter. He said it had been applied which it had not been. Especially when the right part was smaller & twice the price. Not happy

Easy ordering. No delivery so collected. Directions to Collection point was not good got lost so needs to be clearer. The shop understaffed so waited a good while to collect.
