Having picked up one order for £183.63 from my nearest Eurocar parts a round trip of 14 miles, I had missed an item out & made another order which after discount came to just over £13 & was to be picked up from the same place. However, I was angered to find that £1.99 was discretely added, as a collection charge, when considering the costs to me to go and collect and how slyly this charge was added, I thought it a ruddy cheek. As I & my son have bought quite a lot from both Eurocar parts & Carparts 4 less and them being in effect to be the same organisation, they need to review their policies, especially in these financially difficult times before they lose customers.
