Brake pads correct, handbrake shoes correct, brake discs WRONG. It's not rocket science, I ordered peugeot got sent citroen wrong stud patern!! Sort it out

Was handed over my order at the EuroCarParts counter and delivered them to the garage carrying out the work. Garage told me I had ordered the wrong parts as the discs didn’t fit. Spent half a day driving round motor factors finding someone who had the discs in and delivered them back to the garage. When returning the apparent ‘wrong parts’ the guy at the counter told me they had given me a different part to what I had ordered when collecting. The apology I got was a £5 voucher from customer services… Half a day of mine wasted and wasn’t even my fault.

I showed my phone to the young man behind the counter to read my order number as I was speaking to another person in the shop. He muttered something about ''I'm not mindreader'' and walk into the rear to get my item. He was obviosly having a bad day? I was too busy to be bothered with his sulkyness.

Sorry to leave a bad review but my experience was utterly dire. Went to euro car parts Aberdeen to collect with a queue of over 10 people which took 45 minutes to get to the front of. My order took 1 minute to get. Lost all confidence.

Neither a half a star I can give. Ordered the part, received the email , waiting for next day delivery and.....3 days later no delivery. Called them and they refuse to complete the service and said to me to come and collect it. Sales manager was very rude saying that he will not let his driver to deliver the part as is no parkin space even that at the end on the street was free parking spaces for 10 cars and 30second time walk until my dor. Apparently it has been proved by sales manager Tim, if it was his true name ,that you can't trust what they say and you can wait and wait and wait for the part and with the money taken. Rubbish service.

Ordered wipers with a discount code. They cancelled the order said I returned it which was false. I then tried to order again but could not use the voucher code, I then bought from somewhere else

Ordered part online, duplicated payment, requested refund and told had to wait up to 14 days. Waited 14 days no refund, chased up to then receive an email to say I would have to wait a further 7 days as their system had not picked it up. Extremely poor customer service and no appology!

Part and price was not an issue but had my daughter pick up part from Cambridge branch and was met with a very rude counter staff. He had a very off hand attitude and initially ignored her. Not impressed!!

When you order parts you get a refund 5 days later with no explanation. Won't be ordering for them again.

Click and collect order was being picked when i arrived took almost 25 mins and item was missing told to come next day for missing item

I placed an online order for car parts with the intention of collecting them from the store, anticipating a more efficient process. Upon arriving at the store, I experienced an unexpected delay of over 20 minutes, during which I waited for someone to bring out items that were supposed to be readily available for pickup. Despite having called the store a couple of hours earlier and receiving assurance that my order was ready, I encountered the longest wait I have experienced at EurocarParts. This proved frustrating, as the click-and-collect function led me to believe the process would be expedited.

Very poor service. Nobody in shop. Keep calling for 30min untill somone finaly came out from back to issue pre-ordered item. And its not first time i experiance that kind of service.As well very unfriendly service guy. I don't expect much but feel very unwelcome. Wonder how guy would feel if he was served like i was. Regret that i order anything.
